Reviews: Volterra: Private Picnic in the Tuscan Countryside
Guest User2026-07-23
The attention was very good, and the food was excellent. There was also plenty of food. The setting was a little bit of a disappointment because it felt a bit unkept or rundown. There was even a motorcycle parked inside the little pergola where we were and all the flower pots were holding dead flowers. Also, the view was blocked by bushes somewhat. The sun was sitting behind us so it felt hot. They did try to provide shade with umbrellas. All that said the wine was amazing!

Very sweet and customer-friendly instructor/pizza baker. Amir spoke good English, was good and humorous at communicating the task and was patient and friendly. We had a really good day. Best regards Lone and Henrik

Reviews: Florence: San Gimignano & Volterra Day Trip with Food & Wine
Guest User2026-04-26
This trip was excellent and well worth the money. The guide, Luciana, was exceptional. She was extremely knowledgeable, informative and enthusiastic. She readily adjusted activities to accommodate our needs. She provided excellent commentary and even took us to spots and vistas to view that were off the beaten path. We learned and saw such incredible sights that will remain with us forever. I wanted to see San Gimignano but for my wife Volterra was a lifelong wish to see and learn about and Luciana's enthusiasm and patience in explaining the Etruscan history and responding to her questions was beyond appreciated. In the end, thanks to her enthusiasm even I loved Volterra! (who wouldn't!!) The winery she took us to for lunch and wine tasting was phenomenal from the wine to the wonderful lunch, to the hospitality of the staff was top level. We highly recommend this trip with Luciana to everyone!

Reviews: Florence & Pisa tour with Bus Transfer from La Spezia
Guest User2026-10-08
It was a great trip from the cruise port. Booked last minute after the other excursion i booked (that was double the price) was cancelled . I enjoyed hearing about the regions of Tuscany as we drove to florence. Our tour guide Gianni made it very clear on what we were to do when we reached the busy city. After having free time to explore we met up at the designated meeting point and time to head back to the coach. we then headed to pisa to take the obligatory photos . Then we were taken back to the cruise port on time for gangway up. A very enjoyable day.
