The Network Railcard provides a 1/3 discount on most UK rail fares for those traveling in London and South East England. This discount applies to 3 additional adults (aged 16+), who will also each receive 1/3 off their ticket price, and up to 4 children (aged 5–15), who receive a 60% discount on their tickets - all they have to do is travel with the named cardholder.
The Network Railcard costs just SAR 182.94 for 1 year, and cardholders enjoy average annual savings of SAR 804.92*, though there is unlimited usage during the one-year validity period. Tickets valid for reduced fares include Standard, Off-Peak, Travelcards and more, and a SAR 67.95 minimum fare applies from Monday to Friday.

A Network Railcard allows travelers in London and the South East to save 1/3 on most UK rail fares. Up to 3 accompanying adults (aged 16 or over) can also save 1/3. Up to 4 accompanying children aged 5–15 can get 60% off their tickets, provided they're traveling with the named cardholder.
A Network Railcard costs just £35 for a year's worth of discount travel, though Trip.com often offer great Railcard deals, so stay tuned for even lower prices!
Absolutely, but only if you travel frequently within London and/or South East England. Network Railcard owners save around £138* on average per year, which, when you remove the cost of the Railcard itself, means you save over £100. We think that's definitely worth it - especially as you can save more if you travel more!
Whether a Network Railcard or a 26-30 Railcard is better depends on your specific travel needs and circumstances.
The 26-30 Railcard covers the vast majority of Great Britain, whereas the Network Railcard only serves South East England and London. This means the 26-30 Railcard is much more versatile. However, the Network Railcard's discount extends to up to 4 adults and 4 children, meaning more can be saved on group journeys. Although the cost of the Railcards is the same at £35 for a year, there are more ticket restrictions for Network Railcards compared with 26-30 Railcards, including First Class and Advance tickets.
Ultimately, you should consider where you may want to travel, who with, and at what times before choosing your Railcard, as both Railcard types have their own benefits.
You can easily renew your Railcard online!
Network Railcards offer discounts for any journey made after 10 AM Mondays to Fridays, and at any time on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Note that a minimum charge of £13 applies to weekday journeys.
