📷 In a nutshell: Guangwu Mountain in Sichuan is amazing! Taking kids to see the red leaves is even more beautiful than expected~
🍁 I've long heard the saying "Jiuzhai for water, Guangwu for mountains." Visiting Guangwu Mountain with kids from October to December truly amazed me! This is known as "China's Number One Red Leaf Mountain," with an elevation of 2,507.2 meters, covering 39 square kilometers, and a viewing area of 580 square kilometers. The scenic area is full of trees, with a forest coverage rate of 97%. Walking in feels like entering a "natural oxygen bar," with over 30,000 negative oxygen ions per cubic centimeter. Bringing kids here means breathing fresh air and escaping city smog~ The annual average temperature is 16.2℃. When visiting from October to December, wearing a sweater plus a light jacket is just right—not too cold or hot—so kids can play comfortably. Once autumn arrives, the entire mountain is dyed red by the leaves, layer upon layer of red leaves like flames, called "Asia’s longest natural red carpet." Kids can’t help but grab my hand and run, saying they want to play on the "red carpet"~

🏡 Accommodation Guide: Good lodging means a happy trip with kids! Choose top nearby luxury wilderness hotels for sure~ Recommended is Guangwu Mountain Forest Luxury Resort Hotel, only a 5-minute drive from Guangwu Mountain Scenic Area, super convenient location. The hotel is built in the forest, with rooms as standalone wooden cabins. Open the window and you see dense woods and red leaves; at night you can hear insects and birds singing. Kids say it feels like living in a "fairy tale house"~ The family rooms have children’s slides and small toys, kids can’t stop playing once inside. The hotel has a dedicated children’s play area with picture books, building blocks, and toy trains. After daytime outings, kids can still play there in the evening. The hotel breakfast is rich, with porridge, buns, fruit, and kids’ favorite small cakes. Dinner features local specialties like Guangwu Mountain cured meat and stir-fried bamboo shoots with pork, which kids love~
