There are very few decent Japanese restaurants in Dalat. I stumbled upon this Japanese restaurant because I was tired of the delicious Dalat chicken hotpot. When I first arrived at the door, I thought it was closed because the whole restaurant was dark, but it was only this bright when I entered. A mysterious Japanese restaurant. I thought there were no Japanese in this city (I didn't expect the boss was Japanese), and I thought that the sashimi would not be fresh if the city was not close to the sea, but I didn't expect the boss to be a chef. And the music played in the restaurant was crazy jazz music, which was a big contrast.

From the first day of Daxu, my daughter found this one when she made a food guide. The first time I walked over at noon, the result was "closed" and the door was opened at 5:30 pm. We had to return disappointed. Helpless for a few days, my daughter still remembers, today came over again at night, this time is "we are open". Into the small store, the light is very dim, always want to see where there are lights, want to help it open the impulse. Besides the dishes, I ordered salmon sashimi, tuna sushi, fried tempura, shrimp + vegetable salad, it tastes good, very fresh, but the amount is not large. I didn't eat enough, so I came to another salmon sashimi. In fact, my daughter has not eaten enough. Considering that the tempura fried food is too hot, it is only eight points full. The service is good, I can speak English, but the serving is too slow and slow... Later, I added a salmon sashimi. I waited for half an hour. I was anxious...

It’s the first time I’ve played jazz music in a Japanese restaurant. The boss is Japanese and the food is quite authentic. There are many types of sushi. We ordered avocado sushi and spicy tuna sushi. They were very delicious. The price is definitely more expensive than local Vietnamese cuisine, but it is acceptable compared to domestic Japanese food.

The store is small and the lights are so dim, like a small bar, not like a Japanese restaurant. But the waiter is still more patient, and there are many kinds of sushi and there is avocado sushi. . . Vietnam really likes avocado or passion fruit.

There are simply too few Japanese food shops in Daxu. The location does not allow Japanese food here, but this one is already great, the ingredients are fresh and the taste is OK.
