CHUN SHUI TANG

Chun Shui Tang was founded in Taichung, Taiwan. It pioneered bubble black tea in 1983 and invented pearl milk tea in 1987. The environment of each store is very aesthetic. The store owner said that they uphold the spirit of innovation and harmony, and use the elegance of the Tang and Song Dynasty teahouses. Based on the promotion of tea culture, the store decoration combines traditional window grilles with contemporary steel and glass buildings to create a comfortable and charming contemporary teahouse space. It is a very light and comfortable environment, and it is worth a visit.

Chun Shui Tang's milk tea is quite famous, almost every table orders it. But the sugar content is high, a bit sweet. The beef noodles are also recommended, the taste is good. Go to the counter to order and pay, and wait for the food to be served, but the speed is a bit slow.

It is said to be the birthplace of Taiwanese bubble tea. There are a lot of people queuing up, and the production time is also very long. I waited for about 20 minutes for a cup of milk tea. The taste is pretty good and relatively fresh.

I came across Chun Shui Tang, the original store of bubble tea and pearl milk tea. I had carrot cake, double-mixed siu mai, signature tofu rice blood, chicken feet, and of course the signature pearl milk tea. Two pots for two people, delicious and filling!!

I was in a hurry to eat and drink at the Eslite store before, but I found a Chun Shui Tang in the airport before leaving. I didn't have time to eat beef noodles at Niudian this time, so I came to Chun Shui Tang before going home. I don't like Taiwanese beef noodles, so I think this is enough. Chun Shui Tang is still good at tea.

I ordered a medium cup for NT$85, which is the most ordinary one. It is next to the international departure security checkpoint, but I couldn't finish it. There was a promotion for a large cup, so I ordered the simple original flavor with half sugar and less ice. It felt a little bland, and it was the nostalgic taste of bubble milk tea.
