It has been in business for more than 40 years. The most popular one is the tofu cuisine. Recommended is the tofu boiled rice dish. When you open the lid of the pot, you will be greeted by the aroma of piping hot soup! The sauce is a special sauce mixed with onions and eggs. The outer shell of the tofu is soft fried dough, with pork sandwiched in the middle. I ate the tofu in one bite. The soft and smooth texture was extremely satisfying. Mixed with the spicy sauce, I was able to eat a whole bowl of white rice. There is also a free cup of coffee after the meal, and the aftertaste of a quality tofu dish.

This restaurant is a local Internet celebrity restaurant, praised by the Japanese as the top Internet celebrity restaurant in Hakone, and its main dish is tofu chops. After sitting down, I ordered tofu chops in iron pot. They use tofu instead of pork chops in fried pork chops. The method is the same as Japanese fried pork chops, but it is healthy and delicious, and is loved by Japanese people. The set meal includes iron pot tofu chops, appetizers, miso sauce, salad and dessert. After the dish was served, the tofu was still bubbling in the iron pot. The sweet sauce of the pork chop and the delicious tofu blended together. It was not greasy like deep-fried pork chop at all, and it was also very delicious. The dessert after the meal was matcha pudding. The very sticky pudding was paired with Tamba beans, which was a perfect ending to the meal.
