The skewers were fat and lean, and the taste was good. If you need to pack it up, the guy will kick the meat off, and the iron skewers need to be recycled.

游览完巴音布鲁克，直接步行回酒店，路上看到这家在烤羊肉串，于是果断停下来尝尝。位置:和静县巴音郭楞乡G217国道旁。        快十二点过来，里面还有不少人在用餐，我们直接在外面坐着等了。羊肉串是现切肉现穿串，然后直接开始烤。小哥手法娴熟，厚厚的大肉快，大概十几分钟就全熟了，比较嫩，我们没有要辣椒，是咸口。肉串肥瘦相间，味道还不错。如果需要打包，小哥会把肉踢下来，铁签子需要回收。

Hand-pulled lamb, spicy yak bones, big plate chicken, and red willow lamb skewers are much more authentic than usual. It&rsquo;s so refreshing to eat meat in big mouthfuls!
There are also mellow and fragrant milk wine and milk tea, and Xinjiang specialty kava. In my opinion, barbecue is the soul of Xinjiang cuisine, and kawas is the soul mate of barbecue🍹
