Condemning a local for one single wrong plate is a wrong one, but it is equally important that they know what was wrong. We start with the positive facts: the service, all the very nice and smiley boys available and informal as a kind of environment requires. Good and well-maked pizzas, pleasantly honest and in line with the products. The negative side concerns a dish from the kitchen, a bad cotton to the rough cotton egg, and for nothing creamy, I understand that we are at the foot of the dolomits and the cotton is little involved, but if you have it in the menu you have to do it well. I am sure that the next one will do it with greater love and attention, and we are talking about one of the most representative dishes in the Italian cuisine and as such it must be done well.
