Rhubarb Le Restaurant

Rhubarb is located at 3 Duxton Hill, Singapore 089589, Singapore. I had the most exquisite meal in Singapore. From the plating, each dish was presented like a work of art. The overall dining environment was very comfortable, the service was thoughtful, and the lighting was gentle and not glaring. A favorite Michelin one-star restaurant. It is located on a quiet road in Outram Park. There are few pedestrians and the house number is obvious, so it is not easy to miss. There is a glass on the ceiling, and the sunlight shines down like a roof attic. Three dishes cost 48++ (18 years price), and this year the price has increased to 52++ as expected. There are two waiters, a manager and a girl. The first dish was the complimentary crab cone, which was the length of a finger, and the crackling and umami flavor was so strong; The complimentary French bread came with a pancake-shaped butter; The second appetizer was Emulsion du marché, which was mackerel with mustard, salmon roe and orange. The mackerel was not fishy at all, and the meat of the mackerel with mustard was tender and smooth; The third dish was the pigeon, which was now gone. It was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the lasagna chips were tasty and filling; The last dessert was pineapple soup, coconut sorbet, passion fruit jelly, which was the favorite French food with various soups, sour and refreshing. Although I rarely eat Western food at Michelin, I was quite satisfied with this meal. I will come again next time.

The hamburger is more special, I have never seen this kind of look, the taste is OK, slightly dry, the meat inside is a little scattered. There are only 3 shrimps, a little cheating!
