OSTERIA DA FRANCESCO

I don’t know if I remember correctly, it was ranked second among the world’s best restaurants in 2015, and the chef was called an artist in the food world.

The flavor of the Food was awesome, we tasted 2 differents pizzas,one with tomato and prosciutto and other with black trufle, spaghettoni a l'Amatriciana, delicious, excellent selection of wines.

Excellent quality traditional menu. Vongole was fantastic with perfect amount of garlic and emulsified olive with pasta water to create that lovely creamy finish. Thin crush simple but wonderful pizza.

Total gem. Food and service are excellent. Came across by chance, as we passed by and got a good vibe about the place. It became our favorite spot and we visit every time we are in Rome, sometimes even more than once.

We had a great service, waiter was very good and funny too. The pizzas were excellent, best I had in town and we tried few places. Great food, great drinks and nice settings. Price is average or above other restaurants depending what you choose. Highly recommend
