For dinner, the scallops for appetizers were tender and sweet, the oysters were very fresh, the main courses of steak and salmon were a bit overcooked, which was not up to standard. The desserts of coconut lime cheesecake and chocolate soufflé can be given a score of 7.5. Very impressed. The atmosphere was great with good music and a lovely understated luxurious brown decor. We were seated at a beautiful table on the edge of the revolving restaurant overlooking Sydney. The service was very attentive and the menu was exquisite. The scallops starter was delicious, I highly recommend the shin, the heritage grains were delicious as a side dish and the desserts were impressive... I loved the soufflé.

Spent National Day in Sydney. I chose the revolving restaurant on the 47th floor. You can overlook the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge at night.
