西宁名气很大的一家店，不过在旅游旺季也慢慢的被游客占领了，随之带来的就是口味稍有下降，但还是不错的。【菜品口味】招牌退骨牦牛肉：上来一大块带骨头的牦牛肉，自己用小刀慢慢剃取上面的肉，吃完后去秤量剩下的骨头，相减得出吃掉的肉量然后算钱。挺好吃的，以前游客少的时候来吃比现在还好吃些，现在依然还不错，希望不要随着大量游客的增加而降低品质吧。四星半。炒牛板筋：牛板筋比较嫩，放了辣椒但并不怎么辣，三星半。清炒西兰花：在西北青菜和水果是比较值钱的，味道和摆盘都还不错，三星半。【环境和服务】店内全部是私密性比较好的卡座单间。从两人到十几人的位置都有，装饰有民族特色。服务人员态度尚可。来西宁推荐尝试的店。
