Отель на первой линии от пляжа Клеопатры, это основной плюс. Несколько корпусов, кормят нормально, есть бассейны.

滑翔傘世界盃比賽的總部就設在這，所以也選擇住這。性價比相當好的酒店，舒適愜意，沙灘路邊。一天三頓的吃的也有一些合自己口味，酒店還有小賣部各種日用品，還有理髮桑拿按摩等收費服務，忙於練習和比賽，還沒有享受一下免費的泳池，乒乓球，健身房，有機會再去，邊吃晚飯邊欣賞歌舞表演。一家人度假的好去處。

Unfortunately level of this place has dropped down since the pandemic covid19. Worst cleaning, smell in the bath room, broken equipment,. low quality of the meal. really disappointed... hope this hotel will become a nice place again ... this place has a high potential. Perfect territory... The hotel has even a small garden with flowers and a terrace. It is really an advantage for the city hotel.

Arrived early hours of the morning was greeted and helped with baggage to the room, room was set up with 2 single beds in the main part, and the room there was a double bed for a family of 5 witch meant my girls and little boy had to share beds. room was basic and clean. the hotel it self had no entertainment for the kids apart from a mini disco and 9:20pm which was super late, the main bar was located right at the other side of the hotel, and the bar near the kids entertainment closed so was able to get drinks had to walk all the way to the other side of the hotel to just get drinks. THE FOOD!!!! AVOID! i'm pretty sure it gave 3 out of 5 of us food poisoning and thats because the younger 2 wouldn't touch it, the food was the same every night, it was bland chicken not good hardly no labelling on anything so not good if you have allergy's. The only thing the kids really enjoyed was the pool and the slides. The people that stay in the hotel are rude and look at you like u shouldn't be there push in front of you in ques and are just very rude.

Well, let’s just get one thing straight - this is absolutely not a 4 Star resort, not in terms of hotel or food hygiene ratings. Having visited in the summer holidays, we were expecting sun, sea, snoozing, swimming pools, slides, snacks, service, entertainment and good food and drinks. What we got was disappointment and diarrhoea. Let’s break that down: Sun - weather was absolutely fantastic, can’t fault that, but obviously we don’t have the hotel to thank for it. Sea - very short walk to a very lovely beach, again, can’t fault it. Snoozing - in the rooms and out, not good. First night we were placed in a one bedroom space, with two single beds and a single sofa bed, despite there being 4 of us and having booked a family room. We were told the hotel was ‘overbooked’ and that we would be moved the following day. Other members of our party however were accommodated in an attic room, accessible after the 4th floor only by spiral stairs, which had no windows, for the same reason. They also had to move rooms the following day. The only thing harder than the beds in the rooms is getting a drink or an ice cream (I’ll come onto that later) and you have to be on poolside at 0530am for a sun lounger or you’ve got no chance - the no reserving beds rule isn’t enforced and this is the only way to secure a poolside spot. Swimming pools and slides - ok, but the one with the slides is closed intermittently which is disappointing, particularly considering there is nothing much else to do. There’s no management of the slides and sliders, and subsequently our 12 year old broke his nose after coming down prematurely and ending up in an underwater bundle. On one occasion there was a turd floating about (which happens) but the effort put into retrieving it was minimal, and once it was captured, the lifeguard dragged the net across the floor?! Snacks - the hotel summary advertises a poolside snack bar, however this was never open during the day except for to serve flat bread. The snack bar is a way away from the main pool, and the food there is limited to vile rat burgers, chips and nuggets, and salad, which you’re not allowed to take away from the snack bar and this is policed. There are chickens roaming free, stealing your food as terrifying the children, and though they’re cute, we saw cats and kittens hopping onto tables and eating straight off people’s plates if they left their seat to grab a drink or something. Ice cream is only available between 5pm and 6pm - kids were queuing like refugees for aid an hour before to try and secure one, as if the clock strikes 6pm and you’re still in the queue, you get turned away - kids crying about it daily. Kids unable to get an ice cream on an all inclusive? Never heard anything like it. Service - certainly not with a smile! Most staff don’t even give eye contact, the ones that do are not at all happy to be there. Feel like more of an inconvenience than a paying guest. Had to request clean sheets twice when m

Went with my family of 12 people, 8 got food poisoning, meals were dreadful ate outside of the hotel even though we were all incusive, except for the room, outside no air_con or fans in pool bar, when bar closed all the lights went off. The rooms were very basic, beach was nice and bars on the beachfront were nice but i don't recommend the hotel been in better 2*

Otel çalışanları ***et güleryüzlü ve çalışkan kidscluptaki sude hanım kızımla çok güzel ilgilendi ve sayesinde aklımız hiç çocuğumuzda kalmadı diğer çalışanlarda aynı şekilde fakat otel malzemeleri sınıfta kaldı herşeyin en ucuzu çünkü peçete tuvalet kağıdı alkol vs birde sunum tabi su bardağında alkol veriyorlar

The hotel was clean and tidy. Rooms were extremely basic. We had a family room Single beds in one room and the 2 since beds in the living area so no seating area. This was manageable until the sickness hit. We are a family of 5 and we all came down with what we believed to be food poisoning.doctor on site was £400 just to say hi each. 6 days of our family being sick was not how we planned to spend our holiday. One child then refused all food for the remainder of the holiday. Pools and slide we a godsend as this is the only really entertainment. Kids club was found day 9. And no entertainment board around the hotel so found it in the garden area. Kids disco was 9-920pm. And no bar this side so had to walk all the way though hotel for a drink. The guest relation lady was friendly. Other staff very little English. Would definitely not return.

The good bits first. Hotel has a great location, the pools were great and not busy and staff around restaurant and bar spoke very little English but they were friendly . The room we stayed it was basic but clean and spacious and all rooms seem to have a Balcony which was nice. The drinks were unlimited but and local alcohol which was ok. One type of beer , red of white wine , Vodka and Whisky and soft drinks all from 10 am until 23:00 The not so good things: Food was awful as no variety at all. You basically had the same dishes made slightly different everyday. If you have any allergies this is not a hotel for you as half of the food had no labels and the ones that had just said " Fish" or "Chicken " No further information. Not a single dessert had labels so no idea what they were we tried a few but still no clue what they were made off. We had decided to eat out most of the days. My child and partner had food poisoning on day 3 but as we went to a boat trip the day before we just assumed was the food from the boat but speaking to a few guest the night before we left there seems to be an ongoing issue as they also had it ( no we did not report it as we were leaving). The drinks were unlimited as mentioned but the glasses were so small you had to go back so many times it was a joke. They had an entertainment team but you never knew if and when something was happening then all of a sudden there was a sheet of paper around the pool that day saying live music @ 19:45 or Karaoke. No time to plan if you want to see it. The thing my kids were most disappointed was Ice cream hour. From 17:00 to 18:00 they served ice cream . There was always a large cue for it and only 1 person serving and when clock hit 18:00 they would close the stand and if you were in the cue you did not get served at all, they would close the stand and say see you tomorrow, bye we are closed now. We had a lovely holiday but we would not return to this hotel.

AVOID PLEASE!!! not a British hotel atal. Most loniest, boring, worst food poisoning ever for a holiday. Only Scottish people there, we all caught food poisoning day 3 in, staff didnt care, they are so rude and dill, no entertainment atal, food is the worst same everyday very little choice iswell, my kids were so bored, the alcohol choice is so poor iswell, my daughter is on day 5 of still sickness and diarrhoea hospital back home said she has severe food poisoning she hasn't ate atal!! Really was the worst holiday ever and we tried so hard to make it gd but u cant when ur not well. Also for going out for food its a long walk. This place should be shut down its definitely NOT a 4 STAR Hotel

Wij vonden het een prima hotel voor de prijs die je betaald! Er zit sinds kort een nieuwe eigenaar die probeert het hotel een mooie upgrade te geven. Plus punten. *veel ruimte maar kleinschalig hotel nabij het centrum van Alanya. *overzichtelijk met (kleine) kinderen en speeltuin plus speel club. *mooi glijbanen park *openbaar vervoer halte voor de deur. *divers eten niet elke dag het zelfde 1x per week ook kebab. Wij vonden het de prijs kwaliteit hiervan goed. *grote kamers ! Goede bedden! Ideaal voor gezinnen. Min punten *niet echt een avond programma ( animatie) wordt momenteel verbeterd ! *zwembaden zijn verdeeld over 3 locaties terwijl men achter het hotel een zee van ruimte heeft. *schoonmaak van de kamer is om de dag ook niet elke dag nieuwe handoeken. Ik vindt dit voor een 4 sterren hotel niet kunnen. *te strenge restaurant managers die waar gasten bij zijn hun personeel ter verantwoording roepen. Personeel werkt zeer hard. Ook krijgen de managers/hoog geplaatste in het bijzijn van andere gasten ander soort voedsel en drinken. En worden ze door de obers bediend... zeer bijzonder!
