We can’t tell you how much we loved this hotel and staff, if your used to quiet hotels this isnt for you but we have kids that sleep through hurricanes 🤣 we didn’t mind the noise. The staff were so amazing, helpful and friendly that we can’t wait to go back. We was upgraded immediately because of our 2 children and the room we had was amazing and big. We can’t thank the staff enough for all there help with places to go and things to do, and also just the chat when we returned from days out, we loved it so much we booked an extra day…..thank you to Pete and all the staff for an amazing stay, if you want normal don’t go here but if your like us and love the unusual and amazing art work this hotel has to offer this is up your street like ours 👍🏻 thank you again and we will see you all soon xx

The room done the job for what it was but I wouldn’t dare walk on the floor without socks on. Towel just sprawled on the side in the bathroom and there was no amenities at all not even soap. The fridge didn’t work which wasn’t the end of the world. The bed was comfy but there was specs of grit in the bed. The service from the staff was good The bathroom was also disgusting

Bathroom taps come off the door handles come off and the noise from the club below was crazy

Hotel in the city center with friendly staff. We had a spacious room with comfortable beds. Good to know that there is a nightclub in the building (open until 05 am) and during our stay, there were one or several other guests that played loud music from more or less 03 to 06 am. The hotel is great if you are there for a late party night, not so much if you appreciate a good nights sleep.

Hotel is located near main nightlife attractions , near restaurants and bars , however pictures online are nothing like hotel in real life. Hotel needs proper lick of paint feels old and dirty . It’s very noisy at night , floors are squeaky and our bathroom had only warm water not hot and taps didn’t work correctly. Fridge was so noisy that I couldn’t sleep at night . Overall I wouldn’t book that place again. Room was big , that was the only positive bonus of the stay . Staff was polite and they allowed us to keep luggage in storage while we were waiting for check in, but we couldn’t use toilet as there was apparently no toilets at the reception. You need to pay also high holding deposit of £100 before you check in. We got one hotel room card between us 3, and if you loose your card you need to pay £25 . This place is maybe good for hen parties , for one night stay only where you are not in hotel for long. Check out is at 11am , so that’s also kind of standard in Liverpool as check in is late also only 15:00pm . Overall we loved Liverpool, nice people but hotel not so much .

No doubt that the location was perfect and the receptionist was really kind and helpful but the room was not nice to stay at. Bed cover had stains on, no ventilation in toilet, really dark room, room was not clean, etc… and most importantly, the hotel is above bars and club, the room was not soundproof at all even with windows closed. For easy sleepers, this would be fine but if not I would not recommend.

Great trip to this hotel. Staff were super friendly and even upgraded us for free to a massive room. Would highly recommend staying here again.

عندما وصلنا إلى هناك لأول مرة، كان الموظفون رائعين، وقد تم كسر التلفزيون الموجود في غرفتنا من قبل الأشخاص السابقين (كانوا يعتذرون جدًا) وأعطونا مكبر صوت لاستخدامه بدلاً من ذلك. دخلت إلى الحمام قبل الخروج ولكن كانت هناك بتلات ورد من الأشخاص السابقين الذين كانوا قبلنا (ثلاثة، لذا لم يكن هناك عن قصد) الشيء الذي جعل هذا الفندق غير قابل للنوم هو الضوضاء الصادرة عن النوادي المحيطة به. لم أكن أدرك أن هذا يقع بجوار الحياة الليلية في ليفربول! كانت الغرفة تنبض بالموسيقى من النوادي حتى الساعة الرابعة صباحًا. تمكنت من النوم حوالي الساعة 1:30 صباحًا بعد التقلب. ولكن في الساعة 2:50 صباحًا، جاءت مجموعة من الفتيات وبدأن في طرق بابنا ولم يتوقفن عن الضحك والاستمرار. عدنا إلى النوم ولكن مرة أخرى في الساعة 3:30 صباحًا طرقوا بابنا مرة أخرى. ثم عندما استيقظنا لتناول القهوة في الصباح، اضطررت إلى تنظيف الغلاية لأنها كانت تحتوي على بعض الأشياء الغريبة. لا أعرف ما هو لكنه كان مسحوقًا جدًا. إذا كنت تريد فقط الحصول على فندق لتستمتع فيه ببعض النوم، فلا تأتي إلى هذا الفندق. أريد أن أضيف أن الخدمة أمام موظفي المنزل كانت رائعة. إنه مجرد عار على الأشياء الأخرى.
