Very nice place to relax. Great pool. Good breakfast. Nice room however a bit small. Location a Bitburg the beaten track.

This hotel was exactly what I was hoping it was going to be. I came here with my sisters and brother for a week of relaxation and sun and that’s exactly what we got. The staff were so lovely and really made the whole experience so much nicer. I will definitely be coming back with my partner. I have nothing bad to say everything was immaculate even though we had an earthquake, a tsunami warning and a sandstorm while we were there!

Positif : jolie décoration soignée chambres très bien aménagées très bel espace piscine confort très bien équipé (billard, espace jeux) qualité petit déjeuner accueil très professionnel, très souriant Négatif : le spa n'est pas à la hauteur des tarifs trop élevé manque de professionnalisme du personnel

Alles in allem ein Top Hotel mit leider ein paar Abstrichen. Roomservice 10 Euro extra und es wird nach Tip gefragt.Tür nicht abschließbar, keine richtige Toilettentür und blinkende Lichter im Zimmer. Dafür Frühstück und Lage top! Sauberkeit hervorragend.

Beim putzen wurden meine Ohrstöpsel, die speziell für mich angefertigt wurden , weggeworfen . Das Hotel war nicht bereit, den Verlust, den sie verursacht haben, zu ersetzen. My partner and I stayed here for a long weekend (4 nights) at the beginning of May 2025 and wow! We arrived late at night, firstly welcomed with drinks and information regarding the resort by a lovely gentleman (didn’t get his name) then escorted to our room where there was some sandwiches prepared along with a complimentary bottle of wine and water (fresh bottle of water was left in our room every day). Breakfast and Dinner buffet options were great. I was worried as a fussy eater that I wouldn’t enjoy anything but there is always something for everyone with different options offered each evening. Orange juice and coffee included at breakfast, at dinner you have to pay for drinks. Pool side restaurant also serves delicious food, Gyros, pizzas, burgers, salads, all sorts! Many drink options too. When you arrive you get details to download an app, on this you can order food and drinks straight to your sun bed by the pool! On our second night I got engaged on the private beach with the sunset behind the mountains, it was just beautiful. Plenty of sun beds for everyone on the beach too. Room was lovely, had all you needed, shower towels (changed regularly), pool towel, robes, slippers, hair dryer, coffee machine, safe, mini fridge. We booked the room with a whirl pool, definitely recommend this, is a nice touch. Staff are all very welcoming and kind, made us feel very comfortable. They also have a games room where you can play pool, table tennis, table football and lots of board games too! Overall definitely worth the visit if you are looking for a relaxing break.

Good ..but not really a 5 stars. Restaurant near the pool to be avoided, very expensive for nothing interresting proposed. Rooms are nice but you can not really enjoy the loggias. Crew is smiling and helpfull but can be a little bit "instrusive" sometimes.

Nice and comfortable hotel, but not worth the price. Check-in is weird: employee gives you a QR-code and you do your own check-in, while they wait... They also decided to start cleaning the room one hour before official check-out time, even if we were not ready. For the dinner buffet, water not included in the price (it comes free with every meal everywhere else on the island). Altogether definitely not worth the price.
