Muy buen hotel ,el desayuno esta muy bien ,buen servicio ,el colchón es espectacular. Lo peor el Spa ,para ser un Spa el agua estaba fría,algunas personas más que estaban ahí se quejaron de lo mismo . Apartado del centro ,se necesita coche (pero eso ya lo sabíamos )

Muito agradável estádio uma vez mais. O pequeno-almoço contudo desta vez este bastante aquém das expectativas, longa demora em repor o pão e sumo bem como outros produtos essenciais. Tudo o resto impecável!

Superbe expérience de 4 nuits. La chambre est confortable. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt bon mais répétitif au bout de 4 matins. Les deux piscines sont superbes, ouvertes de 9h à 21h avec hammam et sauna. Une dégustation de porto dans leur cave nous a été offerte à l’arrivée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir :) Quelques petits axes d’améliorations : la bouteille d’eau à 3,50€ dans la chambre pas fou pour un hôtel 5 étoiles - le mini bar vide - je suggère aussi de proposer quelques activités sportives dans l’une des deux piscines.

Hotel excelente, nem parece que estamos no meio da cidade! Adorámos tudo! Pequeno almoço e restaurante óptimos, piscina óptima! Atendimento impecável! Claramente pretendemos voltar!

So shock to receive a rotten welcome fruit basket with moldy peach, grapes and so on. Already told the manager in the reception, but no any follow-up action was taken, no apologized letter, no replacement. Luckily I spot it before my kids touching or eating. Couldn’t imagine consequence how we continue our summer long vacation For the location, it’s far away from city center. Definitely, not recommend to others. One positive comment, the staff in breakfast session were nice and friendly.

Great location. Staff are really friendly, helpful and kind. Lack of sunbed and have to pay for some!

Location was about 5 mins drive from Vila Da Nova Devasas train station and 10 mins walk to Camara Gaia subway station. It’s not that close to Porto city centre. You got to Uber or walk everywhere. No free water in room unless you’re a Hilton Honors Silver member and above, and that’s only for the 1st bottle. Items like cotton pads and vanity kits were not restocked unless requested. Hand towels were also provided on the first day only. Dental kits have to be requested as well. Kinda disappointed based on the fact that it was a stay for our honeymoon but even so water was chargeable at 6 Euros per bottle because I was only a Blue HH member. Towel racks were not available, only hooks. Otherwise great service from the ground staff who could speak English except for a waitress who couldn’t understand “no ham no bacon” for our omelettes! Simple breakfast served daily. We were also given a small cake to celebrate. Thanks for the stay.
