不要住 環境衞生很差 空調響聲非常大，廁所是木門晚上一直響很嚇人 晚上床邊還有東西走動 不知道是蜥蜴？壁虎？還是什麼東西 燈光昏暗加上各種響動真的很嚇人 房頂也一直有壁虎什麼的東西爬過 怕蟲的人真的事遭難 入住的時候叫我們在沒空調的前台等了一個多小時 退房的時候更是搞笑 叫了grab根本進不來，司機幾個都退單，後來一溝通原來這片被他們村裡的黑車壟斷了，grab不讓進，衹能坐黑車，如果要打grab要拖着行李箱爬坡到村口大馬路，三十幾度的赤道你自己想吧。 也就公區環境和餐食説的過去，餐食出品確實可以，硬要打卡建議來吃晚餐或者SPA 但是千萬別住，而且最好包車來 不然你衹能坐***的黑車

蜈蚣很多，早上起來幹掉了八條蜈蚣，但是房間有備傳統線香和殺蟲劑。洗衣服務要收錢，建議手洗。泳池view很不錯，位置也蠻充裕的，私人海灘約等於沒有，沙礫很大，和布吉差得不是一個檔次。餐食一般，印尼炒飯也被改良得像白人飯，在這之中，早餐又是還算可以的。nina房間是loft，二樓是另一張扇形床，一樓面積就放得下大床和衞生間，沒有椅子。院子是大的。七八百的價格值得買，九百還算ok，不值一千。

Unbeatable cliff top location, it doesn’t get much better than that with private access to a beach. The staff is friendly and exhibits the right attitute, unfortunately the level of English (also a foreign langue to me) is very poor: you’ll have to repeat your wish for many times and still get nothing but a smile, a long wait and/or and “thank you/sorry Sir” but not what you would expect to happen within 5 min. While the breakfast is amazing, food is a bit of a hit and miss: the steak and tuna tartar are from a different world but the famed Mahi-mahi steak or chicken BBQ took 45-60 min to arrive at the table and was dry and over-cooked, a huge disappointment after such a long wait. The worst was trying to order a gin tonic, which at a first attempt came in a glass of 20% tonic and an open can of tonic water rather than arriving properly mixed (it was also hugely sad it didn’t come with any garnish, which I had to ask for separately). In a nutshell, the management doesn’t fully leverage the quality location and friendliness of staff but it’s still a worthwhile place to stay if you’re aware of what to expect.

날씨도 너무좋았고 시설도 만족했습니다. 음식도 괜찮았어요. 다음에 또 다시올수있을듯합니다 편하고 즐거운 시간이였습니다

This was a horrible experience. The hotel looks like it has a good view but that’s about it. The rooms are not as described. There are lizards and all kinds of insects in the room. I found myself having to kill lizard in middle of the night. The seats had blood stains on it. The bathroom is in the open so you will see lizards crawling the walls. restaurant food is overpriced and not enable . Tastes bad. The staff is not friendly. They are rude. There is no one to help with luggage when you checkout. If you try to take grab they will harass you outside saying you cannot use grab drivers to pickup from the hotel. They had me walk all the way to the Main Street to get on my ride because I didn’t use their over priced taxi driver. Terrible experience all around.

這家酒店放心沖！一定要提前定，定帶泳池的，真的是太美了，服務和餐廳味道都特別好，一定要點牛排的bbq，超級好吃！最後走的一天都還想吃，我們住了4個晚上，真的捨不得走

性價比還可以 就是缺少一些個性氛圍

房間超級美，就是很難才定到這個私人泳池的房型，好不容易定了一天的。酒店餐廳也很好吃，值得一去。。

入住La Joya Biu Biu Resort是我們這趟峇裏島旅行最差的體驗，沒有之一。如果在國內住慣了酒店到這裏應該是有落差啦。 首先酒店在山裡，幸好我們是包車的，當地的導遊把我們送進去，全是灰撲撲的沙路，並且還是小路，路上一盞路燈都沒有，酒店設施也很原始（説原始完全是給他留面子了），實際上就是爛。前台服務人員工作做的很爛，酒店服務人員也很爛，入住當晚房間裏面蚊子，蟲子，蟑螂全都有，我們三個人入住已經是再付了一份錢（加起來1000rmb一晚了）但是任何好的服務體驗都感受不到。 床上的被子是有很多小黑點的（應該是灰塵之類的，摸起來有顆粒感）我們先和鋪床的工作人員説需要加兩床被子，工作人員應該不怎麼聽懂英文，或者根本不想理我們，他説ok，就直接走了，等了幾十分鐘都沒有拿來，後面又打電話給前台，打了三次才接。前台先是反問我們房間裏已經有被子了，為什麼還要加？我們説了被子臟了他們才同意，而且一開始連第二床被子都不想給我們。 我們在餐廳吃完飯回來就有一衹大蟑螂出現在房間裏，我們和前台交流，他説馬上來，實際上我們又等了20分鐘，蟑螂都繞着房間走了快一圈了……在這麼多蚊蟲情況下，酒店衹給了幾根薰眼睛的香，還沒什麼用……不知道為什麼連基礎的驅蚊片，驅蚊液都沒有。説實話已經無力吐槽。第二天睡醒發現廁所牆趴了衹大蟲，已經無力了。 最後酒店景色確實很好，有免費的早餐也確實不錯，但是居住體驗真的很不好…晚餐在酒店吃的也很難吃，在峇裏島吃的最難吃的東西。 設施：差 衞生：爛 環境：爛 服務：爛

環境很好，雖然很偏，但是很安靜，小而美的酒店吧

التوقعات الزائدة! هذا الفندق ذو نوع غرفة رائع! ربما يكون الوحيد في بالي! غرفة المسبح التي تواجه الجرف وإطلالة على البحر جميلة حقًا! وما زلت أذكره حتى يومنا هذا! الفندق يشبه مدينة في السماء، المنظر المطل على البحر بأكمله جميل وفريد ​​حقًا ~ على الرغم من أنه يقع في مكان بعيد، إلا أن الطعام في الفندق لذيذ، لذا لا داعي للقلق! مرافق الغرفة لا بأس بها على الرغم من أنها عادية بعض الشيء، إلا أنها كافية في الأساس. يوجد أيضًا شاطئ خاص جدًا في الفندق.
