整體酒店工作人員服務一流，配套設施都很完善，地點非常方便，附近餐廳種類繁多，唯一是餐廳比我想像差了一點點，在front room 晚餐時，我是在klook買了coupon，掃完qr code 換領後，埋單時竟然又再問qr code.

It is very close the Erawen Temple. I stayed there with three of my other friends. Hotel is located at a very prime location. It is also very close to the train station. Their breakfast is amazing.

房間不是很大，樓道有裝修氣味，房間還好！空調噪音有點大。 服務一般般，看似熱情，但做事流程還需要加強，在下午5點辦理完入住，到凌晨2點，行李沒有送到房間，問了前台説沒有行李，一再強調下，又去查了，一直沒有回覆，再坐電梯到前台，到説送錯房間了，真的無語了！瞬間對華爾道夫的印象大打折扣！
