Kami akan meneliti perkara itu untuk menambah baik lagi keselesaan penginapan tetamu kami.Untuk makluman anda, diatas perihal keselamatan tetamu, kami telah menutup seluruh tingkat 25 untuk kerja-kerja pembetulan bahaya keselamatan. Selepas pemeriksaan lanjut, kami mendapati tiada maklumat bahawa bilik kami dilengkapi dengan tab mandi. Kesemua bilik di Hotel Mercure Selangor Selayang hanya mempunyai bilik mandi bersama pancuran mandi.Sekali lagi kami kesal dan memohon maaf diatas kesulitan yang telah dialami dah kami hargai maklumbalas anda.
