Dari hari senin jam 7 malam, bunyi musik dangdut. Semakin malam semakin kencang. Saking kencang sampai ruangan semua bergetar. Sempat complain ke hotel, infonya mmg mau ada karnaval. Musik yg kencang bahkan bergetar dlm ruangan, berhenti sktr jam 12 malam. Besok paginya kejadian sama terulang bahkan lebih parah dr semalam suaranya. Getarnya sampai ke kamar bagian belakang. Karna terlalu pusing kurang dr jam 12 sudah checkout. Tapi di luar macet sekali karna karnaval meski sdh dibantu oleh staff hotel. Hasilnya sama saja terjebak di dpn hotel sktr 30 menit. Kalau mmg mau ada acara gni dan sudah tau bakal ada 1 tahun sekali, kenapa masih jual kamar? Kalian tahu tidak kita sekeluarga berlibur utk mencari ketenangan, bkn kebisingan sampai mau istirahat saja tdk bisa. Apalagi setelah saya cek kmrn saya beli 2jt per malam, saya cek harga di minggu dpn dg hari yg sama cma 1,7juta per malam. Sungguh ga masuk akal manajemen hotel ini. Komplain sdh kami ajukan tpi tdk ada satupun permintaan maaf. Seakan acara karnaval setahun sekali ini adalah acara yg biasa dan tdk ganggu customer. Ini kalau saya bs kirim video dan rekaman suara udah saya kirim, betapa tdk nyamannya tdk di hotel ini, semalaman tdk bs istirahat, plg dr sini bkn healing malah kepala pusing kena musik2 dan getarannya.

Resort ny cntk , bersih, ad fasilitas sewa kimono n fotografer, view luar biasa👍😍.. onsen 👌, pelayananan profesional Mknan so so.. tp ok lah

日式溫泉酒店係哩區算幾特別，對外國旅客黎講性價比超高，不錯的體驗，但酒店只有一間日式料理味道一般，房間温泉只會在每晚20:00-22:00自動開啓其它時間是沒有，外面的溫泉只會在假期開啓，這點如果可以改進下應該會更吸引旅客

This is a nice hotel for healing. Very tranquil and beautiful location. I came here to experience the onsen and it was not dissapointing. The onsen started at 8pm, and while I was enjoying it I could see the night light. The cottage itself was very clean, there are no bugs, and complete amenities.

일본식 전통 료칸만큼은 아니지만 그래도 나름 괜찮네요 정원 관리도 잘해놓고 사진찍을 스팟도 많아서 좋았네요 한가지 아쉬운건 습도조절이 안되는곳이라 이불이 좀 축축한 느낌이 있었어요

Good place to have a vacation. Good japanese vibe on cottage and private onsen. Friendly hotel staff, good quality and taste on Fushimi Restaurant. Really like Ryokan design that resembles japanese Ryokan, all the wooden material gives good vibes. Private onsen also really good, after not-so-long journey from Surabaya, you can soak in mountain hot water with good temperature (not to hot also not to cold) whilst enjoying night view from Ryoukan. For anyone who will spend a vacation in here, don't forget to bring Bug/Mosquito repellent and bring some mineral water bottle because you can only have 1 time mineral bottle refill.

Good to experience japanese ryokan. Onsen a bit small .. sofa should chane to more confortable and tv no need inside the cupboard

Bbrp masukan aja ya Wastafel gk ada sabun cuci tangan, Walaupun letak dibatu,tp skrg batu gk sedingin dulu,jd kita yg terbiasa tinggal dikota dgn tidur ac menjadi agak sedikit kepanasan krn kamar gk ada ac nya . Jendela kamar agak terlalu terang krn gk ada tirainya,jd kam 6 pagi udh gk bs tidur krn terang banget , Mungkin akan lbh baik lg kl onsen nya bs 2 sesi,malam dan pagi Krn villa dgn 2 atau 3 bedroom ( 4-6 org) onsen bareng koq yo agak sempit ya Sarapan udh dingin semua ( emang sih kita masuk resto utk sarapan udh jam 9:30), tp hrsnya resto sekelas ini ada penghangat makanannya ,dan sy menemukan 2 rambut di 2 makanan berbeda, Tolong lbh dijaga kebersihannya ya 🤛 Over all itu hanyak masukan kecil aj Yg pasti masih 👍👍 dan akan balik lg kl ada kesempatan

This Japanese-inspired resort is super cozy! The attentive front office staff provided seamless assistance from arrival to departure Friendly staff greeted us warmly and were always happy to help. The place is spotless, peaceful and features stunning views. Highlights include 24/7 buggy rides, private hot springs and complimentary yukata costumes for memorable photos. Perfect for relaxation! You gotta try ramen here-it’s insane!! Dining here provides excellent value for money. During our stay, the staff thoughtfully surprised my husband with birthday sushi, creating an unforgettable memory.

Really nice place. Very helpful staff. You can stay there or eat at the restaurant only. You can reservation for photo session with family with rental yukata there and have a photoshoot at the nice garden. (Please ask the receptionis for the photographer) Please reservation after check out time (13.00-aftrernoon) because waiting time is more shorter than in the morning or before check out time!

It is actually quite good. The rooms are spacy and cozy. There was a private pool in white available during night. Eventhough using car, you need to go through a dew twist and turns as it is not a directly available to see hotel. The architecture is also very neat and japan vibes. Just, it was raining during our trip so it qas quite a shame we couldn't take that many photos. The staffs were also friendly and the place qas quite unique itself.

The location was quite hidden in the middle of a village. But you feel being transported to Japan. We booked their 2 bdr ryokan with private onsen. The room was a bit dusty and tired. They use tatami in the bedroom. There is no partition with one side of the neighboring ryokan for the onsen area, so it didn't feel very private. The onsen is only turned on from 8 to 10 pm. The in-room dining menu was okay, and the portion was big. But you can use Gojek to get other food as well. Their breakfast location has a good view, but the food taste and selection were not that good. They give discount for yukata rental and there are a lot of good spot for beautiful picture. But the yukata Rental Place was always busy, so we didn't use it. You can just use the free yukata inside the ryokan if you don't want to wait. The staff are very friendly but proper mask wearing is almost non-existent here. Overall, it is a unique experience. But we may not come back in the immediate future.
