Worst then a lodge, not clean it’s very old Un maintained property. Toilets were stinky walls were chipped out.

Very old rooms bathroom doors are not getting locked cockroaches are there very bad maintained place

Pathetic atmosphere, No hospitality, Water Power Ac lift food not this Pathetic from A to Z. Terrible experience of whole life.

Location is very from the city . Although 24 hrs check in check out but if you have booked through make my ,goibibo etc they will kick out and ask money. Receptio staff is ok but GM seems arrogant, not recommended for family stay. Only good thing is that hotel parking are iz big

This hotel has a rat problem. Ambiance is fine, breakfast is good, rooms looked good. But major rat problem. 1st i spotted a rat while entering in the lift right after check in i called the resp guy asked him to chase it out & 2nd incident inside the room my finger was bitten by a rat while i was asleep, got up immdiatly and checked and called the manager when we searched we found rat poop right under the bed.

Hotel is good, even the food are also tasty, staff members are very helpful and co-operative, the only problem i find is they should change their floor cleaner, because as soon as they open the room an strong phenyl smells comes, mostly used in hospitals. And it stays all throughout your stay.

Stay was good. No complaints. Easy checking checkout. Rooms clean. Fòd breakfast good. People are service oriented.

Good for business purpose hotel close to industrial area neat and clean hotel. Food also is good decent and good

Short stay of two days for a business trip. Location is right on the road from anantapur to bellary on the outskirts of the city. If you are planning to walk out for stroll this is isolated location esp at night. Avoid and stay in the city. However this still appears to be the best option in the city though if you have work in the city. Food is oik- however on the spicy side of things rooms are quite spacious and nice. Service is a mixed bag - good intent seems to be there. Electricity supply gets disconnected frequently but no disruptions beyond few minutes each time so that is ok. Except for the part of being on outskirts of the town - this is the best option in ballari

Location, food and calm space. This is big property, lot of car parking space. Hotel and restaurant staff to be more professional

Location : middle of no where! Stay: Linen seems to be not washed for long time, had to change room since fan wasnt working, you need to be friends with mosquitoes, had asked for extra bed in advance, got a mattress which had to be put on floor! Food : just manageable must say that it was a terrible experience! Will not recommend for family stay.

Not worth it of the amount. Can say that wastage of money. Only big room no aminities in the room. Power was cutting every 5 min
