I had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I asked for a room with a sea view, and they kindly upgraded me to a room on the 35th floor with a stunning panoramic view of both the sea and the entire city. During a city-wide power outage that lasted the whole day, the hotel continued to operate as usual with full electricity, while other hotels were left completely in the dark. I was truly impressed and very satisfied with my stay!

Not much I can say really, the room I was allocated was dreadful so dark and dull and I was unable to open the curtains (dark black no net curtains or blinds) as I was on the 1st floor and there was a walk way fire escape outside my window which allowed people to look into the room. The amount of cigarette butts outside the window on the ground was crazy. The food was also so bad we had to find restaurants outside after paying for full board. The staff although nice they seemed to be under pressure which caused long delays at the various bars and reception.
I won’t be returning….

La ubicación si buscas playa y tranquilidad es perfecta, pero si buscas el jaleo de la fiesta y demás, ya estamos hablando de unos 3 km del hotel. La única pega que le pondría es la comida, poca variedad para un hotel 4 estrellas. Eso sí, las vistas y el ascensor panorámico espectaculares!
Pdt: mejorar el tema de la comida porfavor; también aprovechar esas mesas que tenéis para poner más variedad de comida y no repetir la misma comida por cada lado del buffet.

Todo de 10 me gusto mucho este hotel y su personal muy amable,la piscina y los mojitos de mi favoritos, la cama muy cómoda, la ducha súper amplia, todo genial volvería mil veces 😁

Servicio magnífico igual que las instalaciones, la comida, mejorable algún mediodía, pero buenísima, y atención siempre genial en recepción, y esperando volver el año próximo.
Única petición, más jabón y champú en el baño.

Une semaine dans cet hôtel. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Vue spectaculaire! Buffet moyen mais café excellent le matin au restaurant "G". Mauvais au restaurant "x" les machines sont mal réglées. Personnel accueillant surtout la dame blonde avec une queue de cheval et des lunettes :) à l'entrée du restaurant. Hôtel très bien situé pour tout faire à pied et la plage à 5 mns ! Petit point négatif : places de parking limitées et trop serrées . Nous espérons revenir une autre fois :)))

Habitación (creo que remodelada) en planta 15. Cómoda, amplia, limpisima, colchones muy cómodos, nada ruidosa. Personal en comedores educados y eficientes. Piscina fabulosa. Todo a plena satisfacion. En Octubre pensamos volver a Benidorm y solo contemplamos la opción del GRAN HOTEL BALI. Gracias por todo.

We stayed here for the Easter weekend and was overall disappointed with the hotel. It is not a four-star. I have stayed in better three stars. The decor has not been touched since it opened, although the room was okay the air conditioning didn't work properly but the bathroom was okay with a good shower and cracking views from the 12th floor off the small block. The block that we were in had six lifts, four were only for four people but if you had your suitcases you struggled to get in yourself. The pool area was quite nice but the sun beds were rammed together like sardines in a tin and when the hotel is full to capacity then I dare say people will struggle to find sunbeds. The hotel was kept quite clean. The food was very disappointing I only had one breakfast as the eggs were either undercooked or stayed on the hot plate and overcooked to rubber, the sausages were so basic that they were absolutely tasteless. The choices at lunch and dinner were very limited and I have had better food and choice in a three star hotel. The snack bar served chips, burgers and rolls, also sandwiches made up like you were buying a meal deal at your local Tesco's. Although we were all inclusive we ate out twice and drank out over the road in a beautiful Spanish bar where you know it's good because it is filled with the locals and it was only two euro 40 a point. The drinks for the all-inclusive what's very good actually with Amstel being the main lager. The brandy and the local Bailey's were also excellent. As the hotel was not strictly for all inclusive there were bed and breakfast, half board and full board guests as well. This sometimes causes problems at the bar because you not only have to show your all-inclusive wristband but your room card to guarantee that you were all inclusive, if you were in a long queue behind people who were paying by cash or card it seemed to take forever to get a drink and on some occasions I even see the bar staff helping themselves to drinks. Most of the bar staff were just doing their job and didn't seem to interact with anybody like I have experienced in other hotels with other bar staff. The hotel's location was quite good being only five minutes from the beach and a 10 Euro taxi ride into the Old town or a 45 minute walk back through the side streets. Check out was at 12 noon and you have to hand your room card back in and the all inclusive finish at 12 noon so if you have got an afternoon departure you have to pay for your food and drinks.

Hotel extremely clean, beds a little hard we was on 12th floor. Lifts busy in mornings/ evenings Breakfast was excellent choices for everyone. Check in was a little nightmare very slow. Check out was great put the cards in the box maybe they need to have quick check in process. Hotel great location Finestrat 10 mins walk really nice restaurants/bars Old Town 10euros / New Town We went to Altea on tram 2.50 euros return well worth visit.

Stayed here for a week in April, first impression were wow but things went downhill from there... after eventually checking in we made our way to the elevator with some other people, pressed our floor (23) and was amazed to see that the elevator didn't stop on our floor and went to other floors instead... we eventually determined the button didn't work and ended up getting out on floor 24 and walking down a level. When we got to the room we had 2 single beds and a cot which we thought was odd... so back down to reception we went to find out why we hadn't got what we booked and they advised us the hotel was full and that was the only room available and if we had a problem we could see the manager the next day ended up not bothering going to pester management as i don't believe anything would have changed especially if the hotel was full anyway. The food isn't that great so we ate out most of the time, it's worth staying at this hotel at least once then you can appreciate other hotels which you visit in the future. Certainly not 4 star.. I'd say 3 at a push.

These people at this hotel need at lot of customer service training and also there are so rude and really dont now how to speak to guess who need ask simple basic Questions like why do a all inclusive guess Can vist there restaurants for second time And why do all inclusive guess have pay for bottle water that cost 7 euros this so so not right and also inside restaurants oh my day I saw crawling insect oh my days this hotel really need to under inspection Especially from food inspection officer And dinner plate are so dirty and drinking glass so dirty dirty dirty these people inside this hotel don't now wash and clean these plate and tea cup and drink in glass

Buen Hotel en Benidor. Los trabajadores súper amables y atentos, la habitación amplia y limpia, la comida de los bufets con calidad. En mayo es ideal para no encontrarte tanto guiri. Lo mejor es el The SkyBar en la planta 45, aconsejo tomarse una copa y contemplar las vistas. Volveremos , gracias!
