Service very bad, does not clean itself

The rooms are big, the mirrors are little scary. But overall it’s a great place and location

The room assigned to us smelled damp, musty and moldy

The hotel appears to be not well maintained. And it appears dark since only the light by the reception's desk.

The hotel attendant are very helpful, the rooms are very clean.

Always love staying at The Muse Hotel. They provide good security and assistance to their hotel guests. Beach towels are available all day, the pool is always clean, the rooms are very comfortable and the staff treat the guests very well. I will surely stay here for the nth time on my next Boracay trip. 💜

Location was excellent. Right in front of the beach. Serene, staff were so nice. Breakfast is not buffet type but was good enough to fill your tummy for the whole morning. Room was clean, smells very good and cold. Although on our second night the aircon was not working so they transferred us to another room. Over all we had a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel for sure.

Hotel Staff, Security guard, Housekeeping, and Nalka resto staff are all approachable and they provide outstanding customer service. ❤️❤️❤️ Plated breakfast but buffet was on our reservation. However, food is good. Could have been better if there are more options. Hotel is cozy but needs improvement with regard to looking lively and inviting Hotel location is very accessible to all necessary needs. Wifi is great and reliable

優點： 位置就在海邊 還是比較方便的 房間比較大 缺點： 房間設施很舊了 蚊蟲也多， 酒店也沒有驅蟲的蚊香。 這裏真的不適合家庭居住 除非你是要夜裡去蹦迪白天睡覺的人羣 一牆之隔的酒吧營業到每天凌晨4點 迪曲把心臟病都吵出來了 多次協調 酒店也不允許提前退房換酒店 真的太無語了 影響了整個的遊玩 帶着孩子太受罪了

房間很喜歡，比較乾淨，床很舒服。最喜歡吃早餐的時候坐在二樓靠窗的位置看外面的海景。
