Patio in back for BBQ and entertaining or quite time.Guests will have access to the whole house and backyard except garage. By city ordinance all outside noise must cease by 10PM. Electronic locks at front door for easy access. Alarm system uses same code. (a 4 digit code of your choice will be set up the night before your arrival).Other things to note: Parking allowed anywhere on one side of the street. There is no garage access.
