Quick and easy check in. Friendly service from staff. Room clean and well equipped.

Booking a hotel was a little complicated but amendment requests were a disaster. I panicked a lot but there were no restrictions when I stayed at the hotel, everything was smooth.

Very disappointed with the noise coming from other rooms of people staying . Reported to reception they asked them to keep the noise down but 20 minutes later started again till 5am in the morning.

Lovely stay, cheap price certainly recommend for short stay.

Worst hotel ever, did not accommodate accordingly, I paid for a room and could not stay in it, the error was on the hotels part but they did not take any responsibility. NO REFUND was issues from them, travelled all the way from LONDON to find out the website and the information was incorrectly provided! DO NOT STAY HERE! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT THEIR STRONGEST POINT. RECEPTION STAFF ADMITTED THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE AND HE WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL! WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS!

Great pleace and great staff and great job by Baiba.Overall the place was kept well and had all the basic things needed.

What a lovely trip to Bradford. Tracey welcomed us at the Travelodge and was very friendly and efficient. We stayed in the plus room on the top floor. WiFi worked well and the coffee machine was a treat. Parking was available on the day and until 3pm on the checking out day. We had a fantastic meal at the Kurumulagu Indian Kitchen which is just opposite the Travelodge. They do not serve alcohol but are happy to let you bring your own. There is also a good real ale pub (The Corn Dolly) a few minutes walk away. The room was spotless, comfy bed and we had a quiet night's sleep. I would definitely recommend this place and will be returning. Fantastic value for money.

not a great stay upon arrival i was welcomed by Louise the receptionist who is a delight ,always lovely and bubbly and checked us in but unfortunately there was issues with the room keys (STILL) after 5x weeks. which ended up not having a key for our rooms i booked 3x rooms for work lads and to then have to be let in to room by Louise every time i left, this was not acceptable and made me feel like they were keeping tabs on us. we are smokers which made us want to smoke in the room due to not wanting the staff to keep escorting us to our rooms, THIS WAS DISGRACEFULL AND DID NOT FEEL LIKE WE WANTED TO STAY at 1 point i went down and spoke with Louise who was stressed busy trying to find key for rooms for customers as there is no machine to redo keys on site she was SOOO apologetic but its not her fault and was same thing 5x weeks ago when we last stayed and this still happening i would of expected this to have been fixed. I FOUND A KEY IN THE CAR PARKON THE WALL OUTSIDE. I ACTUALY TRYED THIS IN THE HOTEL AND THE DOOR WHICH WAS STATED ON THE KEY AND IT ACTAULLY LET ME IN. THIS IS A SECURITY BREECH SURELY. LUCKLY I DID NOT ENTER THE ROOM DUE TO IT BEING SOMEONE ELSES ROOM BUT THIS I WILL BE TAKING TO THE PAPERS AS THIS IS NOT BEING A SAFE HOTEL AND IS AWAITING FOR SOMETHING TO HAPPEN ESPECIALLY WITH THE ROOM NUMBERS WROTE ON THE KEYS. TRAVELODGE THIS IS DIGRACEFULL, WE WILL NOT BE STAYING AGAIN AND I FEEL SORRY FOR THE STAFF HAVING TO DEAL WITH THIS AS A LONE WORKER ASWELL IS APALLING.

No key card had to be let in room everytime we went out. Given keycard later not usual one. Shower was either far too hot or cold. The room smelt unpleasant. Generally very disappointing

stayed here on Saturday night to be welcomed by staff member Louise who bless her she was run off her feet having to let customers in to rooms and corridors due to a fault with keys, she was busy trying to calm down a male who was shouting at her over the desk about the situation and he felt like a prisoner being let in to his cell, which sounds dreadful as she was on her own as well she stayed very professional about it as it wasn't her fault and tried her best to keep it all going smooth she welcomed me with a warm welcome and informed me of anything i needed to contact reception and she would help as best she could but i didn't want to disturb her as she was SOOO busy. I didn't get a key to my room upon check in as she was trying to find a working key for my room and after about 1 hour she came and gave me a key that worked, the room was lovely fresh and clean and cant complain about the room but then after i left to go to the car the key had stopped working and poor Louise had to let me back in. we didn't want to leave our room after that and add to the busy shift she was having, HOTEL MANAGER CAME IN AND SUPPORTED HER SHE WAS SUCH A LOVELY LADY .TRAVELODGE GET THIS SORTED ASAP THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.....................

I stayed at Travelodge Bradford Central last week with my son, and we had a fantastic time—especially with the football game on! The hotel’s location was perfect for us: convenient, easy to find, and close enough that we could park up and head straight out to enjoy the match. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It had a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this Travelodge to anyone visiting Bradford—especially if you’re in town for football or just want a well-located, reliable place to stay.

The hotel was everything I have come to expect from a Travelodge in a good way. The room was comfortable and clean. A quiet location very close to the amenities of the city. The reception lady Tracey was very helpful and dealt with a request in a very efficient and professional manner. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in respect of the local area to be commended.

A comfortable room and very good value, close to the city centre. A little difficult to find our way to by car as we hadn't been to the city before, but well situated once we'd found our bearings. Friendly and helpful staff at reception, the bed was comfortable and the shower was refreshing and easy to use.
