這個評價不衹是給其他遊客參考，也是給到酒店老闆的留言：十歐元的青旅到奢華的酒店，體驗過很多，從沒見過這麼親切且會照顧人的酒店員工，有時候甚至會覺得招架不住他的熱情。一開始就我非常狹隘地以為Zen的熱情動力就是小費吧？後來Lucas告訴我他平時就是這樣照顧身邊的所有人，沒有任何心眼，這讓我很慚愧。 我想老闆應該是個很有眼光的人，可以招攬到這麼多優秀的工作人員，他們的優秀不衹在細心，耐心和自學的多國語言能力；最重要的是他們的真誠和big heart，毫不吝嗇地給予我照顧和陪伴。 This review isn’t just for fellow travelers—it’s also a message to the hotel owner: Having stayed everywhere from €10 hostels to supreme luxury hotels, I’ve never encountered staff as warm and caring as yours. At times, I was even overwhelmed by his enthusiasm. At first, I narrow-mindedly assumed Zen’s warmth was just a tactic for tips. But later, Lucas told me this is simply how he treats everyone—genuinely, without any hidden agenda. That made me truly reflect on my own prejudice. SO, big-shoutout to the Boss: Boss, you've got serious eye for talent. Your crew isn't just great at the little things, patient, or rocking those self-taught language skills—they've got real heart. They didn't hold back at all with the warmth, the help, or just hanging out. Honestly, their big hearts made the whole difference.

位置在護城河邊上 步行到塔佩門大概十幾分鍾 在一個小巷子裏 周圍挺熱鬧 便利店 酒吧 咖啡店 按摩店 應有盡有 服務員很熱情友好 每次出去都會打招呼 回來都有歡迎飲料 早餐是固定的 一人可以點兩份 味道都挺好 房間很大很乾凈 出行方便 去機場也很近 總體體驗不錯😊

* The hotell has a type of zen/japanese vibe interior going. Loved that. More of a comfy, café, nature vibe than Luxurious gold kind of hotell. lowkey Ghibli. * The staff was very very kind. Very helpful and interactive. Service from staff was a 10/10. Greetings whenever we left or came back, welcome drinks everytime. * When arriving the staff helped with luggage, gave us welcome drinks and a little snack. The luggage was already brought to our room when we got there. The keycard was put in a cute pearshaped pouch, very unique from other hotells. * The twin bedroom was a 8/10. - The beds were on a higher leveled floor (giving a japanese kind of bed on floor vibe). Comfy beds, not too stiff. - The bathroom is nice and clean. Though the shower door was a little awkward placed, when opening it goes inwards into the little shower room so it can be a little of a struggle when exiting. THE BATHROOM DOORS FYI: there are 2 big sliding door walls that does close entirely when met but keep in mind there are no locks. The privacy is given but not invading proof. * Pool is 1.2m deep, ~4m wide × ~17m length. Not very big but nice for calm swimming. Opening hours is 8AM - 8PM. Clean. You can sit by the pool either on Suntanning chairs or dufflebags. Towels are provided by the pool. * Hidden koi fisk lake besides toilets by the pool.

酒店真的超預期，服務絕對滿分。首先地理位置很不錯，走出那條小巷就有取錢的和小商超，還有租小摩託車和自行車的周圍也有各種各樣的小店，很方便。這個酒店不大，再加上我們當時是淡季感覺還清凈的。 着重説一下服務，每天晚上去外面遊玩或者逛街之後回來經過前台吧枱都能得到一杯不同口味的歡迎小飲料。特別是Zen真的太可愛了，頭上帶個小風車。 你多跟他嘮嘮他能給你整不少花活兒， 他肉眼可見的熱愛他的工作。喜歡這裏

房間是榻榻米形式，進門的衣櫃和竹編門會有一些潮濕的味道，這個味道對我來説空調一直開着不會有太大的影響。房間每天打掃的也非常乾淨（如果需要打掃房間記得掛打掃房間的牌子） 酒店的地理位置非常好，步行10分鐘左右可以到古城，步行5分鐘有711，非常便利。 員工的服務非常的貼心，積極分享周邊的美食和生活便利設施。尤其是ZEN和TAR，每次回來都會熱情的迎接我們。 非常推薦！

We had a wonderful stay at Loy Hotel. This hotel is quiet and bedding is soft and comfortable. We had wonderful breakfast every morning and staff services are exceptional! Will come back again!

me and my family really enjoyed the 3 days stay at hotel Loy. it's really quiet,cozy and well-equipped, swimming pool is pretty.though it's rainy season in Chiangmai, the smell of damp in our room is unpleasant.I have to say the service is brilliant , every staff is friendly and welcomed, thank you Zen, you are so adorable, Lucas and Tor. highly recommend for tourists.

Staff are very nice and also provide their great service. It’s just a few minutes walk to the Night Bazaar, very convenient.

Équipe très accueillante hôtel charmant ça nous permet de nous immerger dans la culture thaï Proche de l’ensemble des monuments à visiter et tout se fait à pieds. Le seul petit bémol c’est le petit déjeuner à la carte Sinon je recommande

飯店人員超級熱情，附近有711有咖啡店還有很多按摩跟酒吧，房間環境很好還有小客廳，隔音有點差，硬要說缺點是停車位沒有很多
