Country elegance graces this 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath log home located close to Zenith Park. The large kitchen with its plank flooring, tiled counters, stainless appliances and big windows to allow in the natural light is a cook's delight. The over-sized dining room table offers plenty of room for serving a meal or sharing a game. In the living room there are comfortable places to curl up while watching a glowing fire in the woodstove. The downstairs den offers a place to gather together and watch a favorite TV program or a movie on the large flat screen TV or just relax on the sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a king bed and the master bathroom features a large claw foot bathtub perfect for soaking away the cares of the day or use the separate shower. The third floor has a large open loft with a queen bed and a table for playing games, two bedrooms with two queen beds in each bedroom and a full bath with tub/shower.All of this country comfort is available for up to 6 people for $285.00 per night on weeknights, $320.00 per night on weekends and $350.00 per night during the holidays (4 day minimum required during Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year holidays, 2 night minimum stay otherwise). $10.00 per person/per night for over 6 people. A pack and play is also available in this room.The living room provides comfortable seating for everyone in your family. Board games, books, T.V., and WiFi (25mb/s down 3mb/s up) await you for your down times. The beautiful fireplace boasts a stunning hand-scraped mantle that makes an attractive and simple reminder of an earlier time.The stocked kitchen has all the basic necessities, a Keurig and dishwasher. It showcases local artist JD Custom Wood Works and his stunning wood countertops. Plenty of level off street parking for 4 vehicles or 2 vehicles and a trailer. No parking in the street or blocking the dumpster. That’s located across the street. Deck has a gas grill. No personal gas grills or cookers-shall be brought onto property. No coolers brought inside the cabin. Please leave all coolers outside on the back deck. Do not bring coolers into the cabin or on front steps. Coolers are causing damage to concrete steps and damage inside the cabin.No processing of animals or fish on property. Quiet time 10 pm to 8 am. This is a family neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors. No parties or loud music. No inside or outside smoking this includes marijuana. Garage not included in rental. Firewood is not provided. Daytime guests will be counted as guests. If you have family or friends that are camping, staying at another property etc. and need to do laundry, shower or visiting but aren’t staying the night. They count as guests, and will need to be added to the booking. If unbooked guests arrive your reservation will be canceled without a refund. Outdoor cameras in use.
