新裝修的，但是房間裏的空氣清新劑味道太重，我們需要長期開着窗户通風。check in第一次來的話，可能會有點困惑，我們運氣很好，遇到一位同胞的幫助。check out很方便！

從來沒有提供過皇家別墅就是皇家B&B是同一個所 因為酒店入住都是寫皇家B&B 不清楚之前訪客如何找得到入住手續，本人覺得非常繁複 好彩撞正清潔員工 根本就是皇家別墅是一所酒店 B&B完全是另一個位置有三間房就是 房間很大舒服的 我訂了外帶洗手間 開頭以為睡房外面 但是有點奇怪的 因為隔壁有另一間房 之後先到自已廁所 廁所隔離是別人房間 所以其實出入不方便 你感覺着住睡衣去廁所會有其他兩個訪客出入撞見🤣

飯店服務人員，跟位置，還有設備都很不錯，服務人員很專業非常專業，也很細心跟有禮貌跟我介紹飯店設備，照片跟網站訂購的一模一樣，唯一要吐槽一下，就是如果用地圖到網站飯店位置的朋友們，請在導航apps上搜尋皇家飯店 或者hotel royal，拿鑰匙的前台在這家酒店，之後會有工作人員再帶你過去入住

酒店位置距離火車站大概步行10分鐘路程，到達酒店後需要繼續進行前行大概5分鐘的路程辦理Check in，然後酒店工作人員會帶你回到房間。服務方面沒有什麼問題，酒店每天都會打掃房間補足備品，整體還是不錯。唯一的缺點，這次定的酒店房間裏沒有帶洗手間，需要出房間走幾步路，是單獨獨立的衞生間，每天上洗手間偷感有點重，其他沒有什麼問題。

Идите сразу в отель Royal hotel рядом, там находится стойка заселения. В номерах уютно, чисто, просторно.

酒店前台和酒店有一定距離，室內面積比較大，地理位置好，到中央市場等景點都很近，附近也有很多公共交通可以選擇，總體來説不錯的體驗。

The room comfortable and clean but the area a bit noisy... Internet was good and room easily accessible for city. It was a 5 minute walk to the hotel for breakfast and to use the pool, which was an extra charge.

The location of this place was the best part, a short walk from the centre but also a little bit away from the business and crowds. The room is exactly as described and had everything we needed. The only downside was that we were not aware you had to pay an extra fee for the pool anytime you want to use it and it was one of the main reasons we chose this place. Other than that the place was easy to access and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is divided into Villa Royal and the B&B. The price for the B&B is quite high for what they offer and for the area. The room isn’t bad, but it doesn’t justify the nightly rate. Access to the pool or breakfast comes at an additional cost. It’s close to the train and bus terminal, with a stop in front of the park, but the area isn’t the nicest and it’s a 15-minute walk to the city center. I’m sure there are other places within the same price range, in a better location, and with fewer issues regarding carrying or moving luggage from the Royal. That said, Carlo did help us by sending someone to pick up our luggage, and they stored it for us at the main hotel. It’s a decent place, but not cheap or particularly comfortable.
