Friendly staff, even when i came before official check-in time (was totally ready to leave luggage in reception/storage and walk around) they let me in. appreciated

Muy buen hotel, remodelado totalmente. Precio muy bueno, realmente lo recomiendo. Cerca de la zona bancaria, a 12 minutos del aeropuerto, repito remodelado totalmente, desayuno continental incluido, ascensor, splits nuevos, pasillos modernos, habitaciones confortables.

Hotel centrico. Buena atencion. Personal atento. Habitacion limpia.vista a calle no molesto el ruido durante la noche. Cerca de catedral y parque. Aire acondicionado tv cable tarjeta con sensor para encender luces al lado de la puerta. Puente de prevencion en la entrada. Gel antibacterial al lado del ascensor. Pc en la recepcion mas desconozco si estan en uso.

I enjoyed my stay at this property, very confortable, clean which is all you need for few nights, breakfast was great as well. I like the location nearby to the shops and restaurants. I use a los this hotel brands and like very much the services

El personal excelente, muy atentos a las solicitudes de los huéspedes. La seguridad dentro de las instalaciones está garantizada, así como la limpieza.

Really, there was not much to like. I got into the hotel after a long day of travel. The receptionists then asked for my ID which I gave her. She then insisited on me giving her my children who are both very much minors I.D's of which I refused. The 2 ladies at the front, then isisted that it was a requirement. I travel several times every few months and always with my children. NEVER ever have I been asked for their IDs. Obviously, at this point of banter that continued at least 5 minutes I was annoyed, and told them to return my money, I will contact an attorney and that the fact that we are black does not constitute different rules for us. They then changed their tone. The room was past basic, looked nothing like the photos and you need to use a keycard for the lights. The dish box sits infront of the television, literally blocking the screen. Never again. I stayed here out of desperation to get a passprt appointment. NEVER AGAIN! Ironically, I moved on to our other city the next day, stayed at a 4 star hotel and was never asked for the ID's of my children. You pay for the mentality of people they hire. Brainless.
