Lots of cafes and restaurants in this area which was nice. It was ok for the price point but we definitely noticed right away that our room was not the cleanest. One of the towels I was given was a very off white colour and did not smell very nice. One the bed sheets had a some staining on it which my friend was quite grossed out by. We had a twin single beds but strangely the beds were pushed together when we first checked into our room. We obviously booked 2 single beds because we did not want to share one bed so it was a bit confusing as to why they were pushed together but regardless it was easy enough to separate them. However after our room was cleaned the day after, we came home and noticed that the beds had been pushed back together again which started to become annoying. Everytime we pushed the beds apart, there's quite a bit of dust that would start to circulate from under the beds. I would highly recommend the hotel to keep the beds separated for twin bed rooms, as guests book this type of room for a reason, because they would like to sleep in separate beds, not two single beds stuck together. We also found a lot of spiders in our room, two medium sized ones and a few tiny spiders on our mattresses. There was also a simple buffet breakfast in the morning which was a nice surprise. Consisted of white rice, two side dishes, bread and jams and sliced fruit. Overall, I probably would not book again.

Room is okay, services are okay, but the room lack facilities like kettle and teas and stuff. Reusable bottle is nice but would be better if the hotel could provide more. Otherwise, a great place to stay.

Verborgen pareltje. Het is moeilijk om een goed hotel te vinden in dit deel van Jakarta voor een redelijke prijs. Dit hotel heeft het allemaal. Goedkoop, schoon, zeer vriendelijk personeel, rustige omgeving, beveiliging, zwembad en inclusief ontbijt ( iedere dag anders, zowel indonesisch als westers). We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad en we komen zeker terug als we weer in Jakarta zijn. Het enig minpuntje is het ontbreken van een koelkast op de kamer. Koud water is toch echt wel nodig in een zeer warm land als Indonesie. Ik kan het iedereen aanraden om hier te verblijven.

I’ve been staying at Ra Inn since 2022 and honestly, it’s always been such a great experience. It’s one of those places u just keep coming back to. Every time i’m in Jakarta, i pretty much stay here and i’ve recommended it to so many of my friends too. The rooms are super spacious, always clean, and every single one has a balcony (which i love). It’s also really quiet, so i can actually rest. Lately they’ve added even more upgrades, like Netflix in the room which makes it feel even more like home. For the price, it’s seriously such a good deal. The staff? So friendly and helpful. Some of them even remember me, which always makes the stay feel a bit more personal. Overall, Ra Inn just gets it right and that’s why i keep coming back.

staying in here for 4 days, all i can say is the staff are super duper humble, warm and friendly😍 the room is clean, breakfast is good. The ambience also i love it😍😍. Hope to stay in here next time😉

ra iin kemang one of best hotel hidden in jakarta, best service , best breakfast, the room tidy and clean🥰, me very like chill in the rooftop is so cozy , i will come back again for nex time and thank you for staff dwiki he is very cherful and helful

All the staff was nice, they greeting me with a big smile and even remind me about my things so i didn’t forget anything and they even told me incase i forget something they will inform me, ive been there for 3 time and the room always nice and great, i dont know why the room and the bed always comfortable

Suuuuuper amaaaaaazing staff, they made my stay smooth and easy, full of energy, passion and dedication specially front desk guys. I highly appreciate front desk staff Hadfiz, Dany and Resta, the chef Ridho has a lovely smile while serving, the waitresses Dinda and Kia was actively serving, the best one who really helped me a lot and never stop or complain is Hadfiz, since he is the first one I met and I had to pay for the taxi, no change, he laid from his account through transfer and even didn't ask about the money till I passed it to him couple of days later, he supported me at all aspects of my stay, Danny was also worked hard to fulfill my needs whenever I asked for something, I really love this place because of the staff, will come again because of them 😀😃😀

I recently stayed at Ra Inn Kemang and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room I had was very spacious and cozy—definitely a great value for the price. I was particularly impressed by how helpful the staff was, especially Dwiky, who assisted me in booking an extra night at a competitive rate. A big thank you to him! One minor downside was the deposit charged for an additional room key, which felt a bit unnecessary but was manageable. Additionally, while the rooms were comfortable, they weren’t entirely noise-proof; I could hear noise from nearby rooms, likely because I was situated near the pool. Breakfast was adequate, although the options were somewhat limited. They did offer some egg dishes, which was a nice touch. As for the location, it was decent, with several shops just a 5-7 minute walk away, making it convenient for any essentials. In summary, Ra Inn Kemang is a solid choice if you’re looking for a spacious room and friendly service at a good price.
