The front desk lady was very gentle and asked me if I preferred a high floor or a quiet room during check-in. She was very considerate.

We originally booked a basic room, but considering we were visiting from out of town, they upgraded us to a twin room with a washing machine and balcony for free. It was a real bonus! The room was spacious and bright, with great daylight and a fantastic view. The facilities were even better than we expected, and it was incredibly comfortable. The experience was absolutely amazing! Go, go, go!

MM51886****We came to Keketuohai in winter to experience the winter in northern Xinjiang. We stayed in this hotel on New Year's Eve. They gave us red envelopes that night, which was a great surprise! Free fruit, clean room, clean bathroom, hot water, it's the closest hotel to the ski resort in town. The next day I took my kids to Ma, the scenery was really great, it's surrounded by the most convenient places to eat in town, the front desk lady was very helpful, basically everything I asked for could be provided, next time I bring my kids here to ski I'll stay in this hotel! I won a big red envelope on New Year’s Eve, I was very happy! ! ! Especially when celebrating the New Year in a different place! ! !
