The hotel staff was very unfriendly. The room was not the one we had requested, and we requested either a change of room or, if a change was not possible, an additional reservation, but neither of these requests were accommodated. The problem seemed to be due to an error in the room reservation system, but I was surprised at how unfriendly the staff was.

離車站走路2分鐘，設施不錯

Das Badezimmer ist ordentlich und sauber. Das Waschbecken ist leider verstopft. Zudem sind sowohl das Licht im Badezimmer als auch im Zimmer etwas zu dunkel, was die Atmosphäre etwas gedämpft wirken lässt.

房間不大，設施設備齊全，服務順暢快捷，前台熱情友好，周邊交通便利，距海牙中央火車站非常近，步行2-3分鐘就可以到達，途中指引明確。 早餐種類較多，看起來都很精緻，味道也不錯。

Excellent and professional service from staff, 3 minutes walk to the main train station, 35 minutes on the metro to Rotterdam, very spacious room, free minibar and snacks. Strongly recommended and would stay again!

酒店地理位置很好，就在海牙中央火車站旁邊，出行非常便利。房間面積很大，mini bar是免費的，還送了零食吃，這是我在歐洲其他酒店所沒有的，大大的贊！

Hotel is niets op aan te merken, heerlijk bed , dus heerlijk geslapen, rust op de kamer en schoon Helaas is Den Haag niet "onze stad"

Was ok

酒店位置靠近火車站，但入口不好找。早餐廳對着公園，景觀很好，品種在歐洲算多的，有鮮榨果汁。可以步行去美術館看《戴珍珠耳環的少女》。

房間佈局一般

위치, 청결도 모두 만족합니다. 매일 채워지는 무료 간식과 음료도 만족합니다. (가격정책에 따라 제공되지 않는 옵션도 있음)

一如既往的好

酒店房間很大，很安靜。自助早餐很豐盛。酒店離中央火車站和汽車站都非常近，酒店外是個很大的森林公園，裏面有很多小動物，早晚散步很舒服

去荷蘭出差住了一週，感覺不錯，早餐可選擇的挺多的，相對於當地的消費還是很划算的，下次出差還會選擇這裏，交通區位都很有優勢
