Staff Sophie is very helpful and make everything more enjoyable. Room is clean, breakfast is nice, rooftop pool is another highlight too, great experience!

地理位置優越，景點、餐廳及按摩店都是步行範圍內,早餐在10/F,款式及味道均不錯！非常推薦酒店的Spa，可試Signature Therapy, 技師手勢一流👍❤️10am-2pm時段更有7折，最重要是酒店職員的服務態度均非常好，無論是大堂，餐廳或Spa,酒店值得推薦！

服務員態度非常友善，我的朋友生日，酒店細心地佈置了房間。唯獨房間在低層，沒有窗戶，廁所亦沒有毛巾架放衣服，有些不方便。

The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully appointed with plush bedding, high-quality amenities, and stunning views of Hanoi’s vibrant cityscape. The attention to detail, from the fragrant toiletries to the complimentary local snacks, added a personal touch that elevated the experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the high-speed Wi-Fi kept me connected for both work and leisure. The dining options were a highlight. 服務好，環境也好

這個是在老城區內的一個新的酒店，交通非常方便，但是越南的酒店大家也都懂得都是這種自建房，樓上的游泳池拍照不錯，但游泳功能欠缺

The hotel’s location is fantastic, and the room is clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our four-day stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. We’ll definitely be returning if we ever go back to Hanoi!
