Stayed 3 days 2 nights.
Check-in/out: brisk
Reception: warm, straight to the point. No dally.
Elevator: 2 serving floors Basement to G to 9th floor. Gym, pool/bar and sauna located at 10th floor - to climb up 1 floor.
Room: standard room layout with safe, kettle, iron n ironing board/beds are comfortable with 2 pillows each. Sheets and duvet clean.
Toilet: minally maintained. Clean though dated. Showerhead needs a bit of cleaning. Towels had faint cigarette smoke smell.
Breakfast: wide array of western and local cuisines. Egg dishes ie omelette, sunny side etc can be ordered on request. Many beverages, yogurts and cut fruits to choose from.
Bad incidences:
1) room service staff did not provide clean towels. Towels brought in by bellboy smelt of cigarette smoke.
2) 07 June @ 9plus, there was no water supply. My mum was in the middle of her shower with soap n suds all over. I informed reception n all that was mentioned was that they have been alerted and will need at least 30mins to try to resolve. Nil solution given when asked for. Simply apologize and ask to wait. Pls do not a guest to be covered im soap n ask to wait 30mins (at least) for water supply to be probably restored. I had to buy bottled mineral water from the nearby convenience stall to aid my shivering mum. POS reception still gave me a "aww we are so sorry" in a mocking way when i carried back the mineral water. I replied with a lousiest hotel title bestowed to them.
My POV: will prefer to stay in Silverland/A25/Kin chains instead of this Adora chain of hotels (have stayed in Adora at Le Anh Xuan and it was so so with great service staff). I just feel this hotel is poorly managed with zero mitigation strategies for service recovery.
Whenever we visit Vietnam, this is our preferred accommodation. Its location is conveniently placed within the city, allowing easy access to other districts as well.
We stayed 3 night in this hotel. Breakfast was good. The biggest thing lacking here, compared to their hotels we stayed in, was the customer service, from bellman to breakfast cleanup. Rooftop pool had very little seating area. Would not stay here again.

Average hotel with good location. There were no windows in the room which was a definite negative as was really dark. The pool had a lovely view but never had clean towels and the sauna didn’t work. The staff was just ok, limited personal service. The room and facilities was ok as well, nothing bad or great say about this hotel however was fairly priced so can't complain as you get what you pay for. I didn’t appreciate the door man asking for my WhatsApp the moment we entered the room and then trying to offer cheaper non English speaking excursions (as the hotel trips were exorbitantly priced) we didn’t take him up on the offer and so was quite awkward after that. Also on leaving the hotel, again, overpriced airport transport so we opted for a Grab which was less than £5 compared the 4 times more offered at the hotel. On departure had to haul our own bags down the stairs. All in all, lacking in customer care.
