Great location, about a 3-minute walk to the morning market and bus station. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included, and if you're leaving before 8 AM, just let them know and they'll pack it for you. It's affordable and the bathrooms are clean.

This is an affordable hostel for a short stay. Most of the guests were Chinese during my stay. The room rate included a simple breakfast, which was a nice bonus. The service was good, and the staff were friendly. Overall, it's a great budget hostel with good value for money, and I have nothing to complain about. P/s: They also have a cute cat.

I stayed at Itel Backpacker Hostel and overall had a great experience. The only downsides were that there was no hair dryer available (or maybe I just forgot to ask), and the air conditioning didn’t work very well. I wake up very early, so I noticed it wasn’t as cold as I hoped. I really hope the property can fix this because I’m genuinely rooting for this hostel. When I first arrived, I was the only person in the room, which was a little scary at first, but it turned out to be completely fine. One thing I really liked was that there’s food available downstairs, which is very convenient when you’re too tired to go out and eat. The sheets were clean, everything was well-maintained, and the room had plenty of space. I especially appreciated how easy it was to organize and pack my belongings properly. The receptionists and staff were also very accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone reading this review. I just hope the property can improve the air conditioning and consider providing hair dryers for hostel guests. Thank you!

Honestly , the best & friendliest hostel in Vientiane . It is clean . Free drinking water . The staff will help you order food to the hostel for cheaper price & help you with any other needs. Relaxed vibe & can’t wait to return . I highly recommend

Not located in the city centre but convenient enough to walk to. However, you get the space in exchange, which I prefer. The bed was comfortable and its curtain provided privacy. The staff were nice warm and courteous. Wifi worked well. Water dispenser was available. I highly recommend Venn Hostel.

Clean. The pool is good, deep, and the water is clean. The duvet didn't have a cover. I didn't see any duvets on the clotheslines, so maybe they don't wash them between guests. I slept in my clothes. The shower is excellent. The air conditioning works perfectly. There's a huge common area with lots of young people. There were no towels, but I had my own. There's a rooftop area where you can dry clothes. Breakfast is excellent and filling. There's a place for bikes. Definitely stay here, it's the best place!

Since it's a hostel, if you don't mind being around other people, you should be able to stay without any problems. The toilets and showers aren't particularly clean, but they're usable enough.

The staff are very approachable and always willing to help in any way they can. The location is very convenient—especially since it’s close to the Thai embassy, which was my main concern. The place is clean, but it’s best to keep your expectations realistic. Overall, I’m satisfied with my stay.

Extremely inefficient check in. I waited for almost an hour to get the room. I suggest the owner makes sure the reception is capable of handling the workload.

Great place to stay if you are finding for quite environment, neat and tidy in room facilities and price to performance value. Nice place.
