أفضل فنادق كالجاري مع واي فاي

The receptionist was very cheerful and the room was very clean! It is also located conveniently in Downtown Calgary. However, the temperature of the shower can be a bit tricky to adjust as it will either be too hot or too cold. But I was very satisfied overall and would recommend this hotel to fellow solo travellers!

I am a customer living in 407 on 9th of November in Holiday Inn Express & Suites Calgary NW - University Area, an IHG Hotel. . I am writing to complain  the lady on the front desk. She treated me not respectful. When we checked in, I am asking if we have hot spring, she replied several what? And correct me “hot tub” such as I am lack of knowledge. Later, I want to use Landry room and change dollars with them. They gave me several two dollars, and the washing machines only accept 1 dollars, which they should have known at first place. So I went back to the front desk to ask for 1 dollars again. And at that time. There is one guy lining in front of another front desk server. And the lady was answering the phone.  So I naturally stood in front of her desk and waited for her. And I asked her to change 1 dollars for me since they didn’t know. And then she asked me” don’t u notice there is a line? You should wait after it.” So I was so embarrassed to find out I cut in line. So if she is really mindful about me cutting in line, Why not telling me to wait after? Or just remind me in a more respectful way assuming I really don’t know there is a line? Either way will have same effect and I would be acknowledged in a not embarrassing way. And again, the washing machine only accept 1 dollar and they did not know, is their job dereliction. I am very concerned how your service match up with your high level of fees.

I reserved this place for my son's tournament. I stayed well for 2 nights without any inconvenience. However, the table and refrigerator here were too small, so it was a little uncomfortable, but it wasn't a big problem. Some other hotels made loud noises with heaters and microwaves, but this place had a microwave inside the storage, so I could use it quietly while my son was sleeping, and the heater noise was not loud. The front and housekeeper staff were generally friendly and the ice machine worked well. Also, it was nice to have a drinking fountain on the main floor and the swimming pool.

Comfortable hotel. It was easy to get to using the public bus from the airport: a stop just a couple of minutes away. Beds comfortable. What I liked was that the coffee maker could be used to heat water so I was able to make tea.

كان السرير قاسيا جدا جدا. وحدة تكييف الهواء تحافظ على تحولها من الحرارة إلى التبريد حتى لو كان وضعت حرارة فقط. حاول فريق التدبير المنزلي أن يدخل وتنظيف غرفتي قبل 45 دقيقة من الموعد المحدد للخروج. ثم تم تعطيل بطاقة المفتاح قبل 10 دقائق من وقت التسجيل لذا كنت مقفلاً عندما عدت من الإفطار و اضطررت إلى النزول إلى المكتب الأمامي للحصول على إصلاحه السيدة الأولى في الاستقبال قالت لي انها سوف تعيد تفعيل بطاقة مفتاحي، حيث انني عدت الى الأعلى وكانت تقفل معي.. وكان المصعد بطيئاً جداً ولا أريد أن أعاقب عليه بسبب تسجيل الخروج المتأخر،،، لذا كان عليّ النزول إلى الدرج (والذي كان من الصعب جداً العثور عليه!) ثم أعطتني سيدة ثانية بطاقة مفاتيح مختلفة، وجديدة للعودة إلى غرفتي، ثم اضطررت إلى النزول إلى الدرج مرة أخرى و أخيراً تمكنت من الحصول على حقيبتي و التأكد من مغادرتي. في الإجمال كانت تجربة سيئة للغاية.

إقامة رائعة في Best Western Plus Suites Downtown! كانت الغرفة فسيحة ونظيفة مع سرير مريح. الموظفين كانت ودية ومفيدة ، وكان الموقع مثالي لاستكشاف المدينة. كان اختياري للفندق بسبب الموقع. وقد تم تجديده مؤخرًا. الإفطار المتكامل ، كان لذيذًا وتحتوي على الكثير من الخيارات. بالتأكيد أنصح هذا الفندق لأي شخص يبحث عن مكان مريح ومريحة للبقاء.

This is my second visit this time it was perfect they renovated it since i walked in smells sooo clean and fresh the housekeeping manger sooo helpful and kind The buffet for dinner amazing Indian cuisine over all very nice experience especially at the pool
