The location and the hospitality is good but it could have been maintained better.

It was a beautiful stay. The care taker was also very humble and polite person. I have shared the image above aswell

its a very old home. our standard non AC room had no window for natural light and ventilation. Except for a small jaali ***** door, it felt very claustrophobic. Its a budget and extremely basic facility.

Centrally located in fort kochi, all the places of tourist interest are nearby. House is a very beautiful 350 yrs old heritage portuguese building. Rooms are spacious. They org-anise a karoe music two hrs almost daily. It was an added activity for the guests. It's worth money you paid. Visited with family, absolutely safe. Recommend this property. Suggession- in back side terrace area vegetation is very densed. Due to which area remains very dim even in day time. Met with owner who is an excellent person.

A vintage british era mansion, run as a homestay. It's a good space to rest and fresh, if your expectations aren't that of a boutique hotel or a serviced b&b. It's very well located and everything's within walking distance.

We booked since these were the only ones available after our original booking fell through. Okay rooms and basics could be found + friendly staff.

Best stay n all the places are nearby, anil was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean.

Good ambience, service and rooms are good. Prefer to stay family and group. Near to fortkochi beach.

It was really nice. Room was clean. But toilet was little leaky. The staff was good. And helpful.

The room was good and the check-in experience was also good. But there were no water bottles in the room or any hangers for dresses. They don't have proper kitchen facilities as well.

very nice place, serene kerala house, very close to the culture, you will feel as if you are in a malyali house, good hospitality, homely experience, worth the price! 😊. love itc will love to stay here again and guide everyone its so close to explore kochi! everything is within 600-700 metres!

Room was full of mosquitoes. Very bad experience. No. Location was good though
