AAce HongAll satisfied with the hotel but not Trip.com where we booked in this hotel, we have to pay for the breakfast when booking with Trip.com, but indeed the hotel offers complementary breakfast, we are eating the same things paid or not paid. I think this is the problem rested with Trip.com taking advantage of tourists not familiar with local practice charging us expensive ”supposed to be free” breakfast.

ممستخدم نزيلI got a very great stay for 5nights at Accent Inns Vancouver Airports Hotel. First of all, the cleanliness is not like some bad comment on the google review or any other hotel apps, it was super clean and the bed and pillow is so comfortable which make me have a very good sleep every single night without waking up.
And there is airport shuttle which make me save on Uber, besides there is a bus stop walk for 4min, and nearby have McDonald, 10min walking distance to A&W, and the hotel have great great coffee, hot chocolate, and tea serve for 24hour🤭

ممستخدم نزيلThis is our 3rd time to stay at the hotel and we have always been pleased with the service and the amenities for the price we paid. The room had a very comfortable bed, clean bathroom , TV, heater, coffeemaker, ref, water kettle, hair dryer and of course wifi. The staff in the reception and breakfast area are attentive to our needs. We booked an airport shuttle which is free of charge and they made sure we will arrive on time to the airport, William, the driver was great ( they called a taxi service in case the shuttle does not arrive but it was not needed at the end). Breakfast had a good variety of bread, coffee, drinks, egg.and ham. There's also a.microwave to heat up food. Also, its a 7 minute walk to the CF richmond center where you can buy stuff and food. They also have a vendo machine for quick bites and drinks near the elevator.Overall, this hotel made sure our stay will be best.

SSilvino Booked this hotel for my long layover solely for its location. It’s a few walk away from Bridgeport metro station (although the walk may not be as glamorous since the way to get there has the potential to be confusing; anyway I figured it out easily). That meant I’m close to the airport as well as the metro if I wanted to go downtown.
The room was clean, and the bathroom was spotless. The check in and check out process was a breeze. The y have decent breakfast that starts at 6 (you can even take your coffee to go if needed). The staff were wonderful and helpful. As soon as I checked in and told the front desk I’m headed back to the airport the next morning, he told me that the hotel offers a shuttle that can send you to the airport!! That meant I didn’t have to walk back to the metro. (With that in mind, I bet they also have a pickup shuttle service—so contact the hotel so you can skip the metro altogether.) Such convenience.

MMevayLocation is good. It is relatively close to the sky train and restaurants. However, the walls are thin and we can hear our neighbors walking and faucet running. The building is old with some renovations done. Could improve on the shower pressure and the air condition fan was noisy.
The description on our room was “courtyard view” but I got the view of the roof with some air units and rain water.
Staff at the front desk was courteous.
I think parking should have been included.
