Very very pleasant stay. We used it for an overnight 14h layover before continuing our trip - location is unbeatable, 1 min walk from check in areas - staff was all around very friendly - high quality (even though a bit old), but very well maintained and also high quality bathroom equipment (soaps, cremes etc). - beds were extremely comfortable - breakfast is à la carte with views of the airplanes / terminals - gym is small but all you need is there

All satisfied with the hotel but not Trip.com where we booked in this hotel, we have to pay for the breakfast when booking with Trip.com, but indeed the hotel offers complementary breakfast, we are eating the same things paid or not paid. I think this is the problem rested with Trip.com taking advantage of tourists not familiar with local practice charging us expensive ”supposed to be free” breakfast.

I got a very great stay for 5nights at Accent Inns Vancouver Airports Hotel. First of all, the cleanliness is not like some bad comment on the google review or any other hotel apps, it was super clean and the bed and pillow is so comfortable which make me have a very good sleep every single night without waking up. And there is airport shuttle which make me save on Uber, besides there is a bus stop walk for 4min, and nearby have McDonald, 10min walking distance to A&W, and the hotel have great great coffee, hot chocolate, and tea serve for 24hour🤭

My daughter loved our room and pool, we stayed overnight. Pleasant hotel staffs. And thank you very much for granting my request for giving us an amazing view by the river. Highly recommended. All the best, Arcy

I called the hotel before my flight to ask about the shuttle bus service, and the girl who answered was like a robot in her answers and didn't seem interested in giving me very detailed or friendly answers. I was a little worried about finding the bus and asked if there was anything I needed to know about how to find the bus, and instead of explaining that the bus would have the name of the hotel on it (which was the case in the end, but isn't always the case in my experience- and I have travelled a lot) she just very robotically said to go to the charter pick up area. The shuttle bus was the main reason I booked this hotel, and I was a little bit choked by this interaction. The room was okay, it was clean, but confusingly unlit. The only light connected to a switch in the room was by the door, the rest of the room was lit only by 4 lamps (one of which didn't work) and it was incredibly dark in the room, even in the morning hours after the sun rose. The comforter on the bed was just a piece of batting sandwhiched in between two white flat sheets rather than a duvet cover. It would have been a nice service to have brought me a toothbrush to my room when I called down to the front desk and requested one, instead they made me come to the front desk in my pajamas for one. The hallways stunk of **** covered up by perfume. The guy who checked me in was nice and friendly, even though he had a lineup of people waiting to check in late at night and that must have been a little stressful for him. Overall, I felt the customer service at this hotel could be improved. Even if $120/night is not wildly expensive for Vancouver, it's still a lot of money, and the customer service doesn't need to suffer as a result.
