"This hotel was a little out of the way, but with the free shuttle to the airport, it was easy to get downtown using the UP train. The restaurant on the premises is pretty good and has good drinks. This hotel is quiet and not the most expensive which was exactly what we were looking for. If you’re looking for a cheaper hotel next to the airport this one is perfect!"

Staying 2 nights there with different hot breakfast unlike other hotel usually serve the same.
The staff is 24x7 at the counter.
Location an hr drive to Toronto which is expected but nearer to premium outlet and square one shopping mall.

"My stay was good for my husband and I. However only at check out was I informed we were over charged ( the front desk insisted we were booked for another night) I was delayed for 30 minutes trying to sort it out until I told the guy at the desk I had to go because I was becoming late for my flight, so he said he would sort it out and call me. He called about 30 minutes after to say it was sorted out and a refund will be issued To my credit card. I was also sent the receipt showing the refund. A week after a refund was sent to my card and then withdrawn from my card on the same day. It was less than the amount on the receipt and to date nothing has been refunded. Not has the hotel contacted me to explain what is on."

"انتظرتُ عشر دقائق حتى ردّ موظف الاستقبال على طلب خدمة نقل المطار (مع أن الاتصال كان من سائق خدمة نقل آخر، فكان متعاونًا للغاية!).
انتظار طويل، حافلة نقل غير مُعلّمة، ولا مساعدة في تحميل الحقائب.
سجّلتُ الوصول بينما كان موظف الاستقبال يتحدث على الهاتف، ولم يُكمل إجراءات الوصول، وبدأ بمساعدة النزلاء الآخرين، وطلب بطاقة ائتمان دون تفسير لوجود رصيد مستحق (لأنني دفعتُ المبلغ كاملًا مُسبقًا، وأُبلغتُ فور اتصالي أنها ضريبة: كان من السهل تفسير ذلك حينها!).
وسائد ”سميكة” للغاية! اضطررتُ للنوم بدونها لأنها كانت تُسبب ألمًا شديدًا في رقبتي وظهري.
الغرفة جيدة، لكن ”ترحيب” الفندق كان مُزعجًا للغاية!"

"The room is pretty clean but around 10 AM, somehow I feel a strong vibration when I lie in bed. Not sure why but I was assigned to a corner room and maybe usually the laundry room is below? Not sure. Make sure you ask that in the front desk."

ممستخدم نزيلOverall, our stay was fine, but there were a couple of issues. The bedside cabinet was noticeably dirty, which affected the cleanliness of the room. Additionally, our room was located near a vending machine, and the noise from it was slightly disruptive.

CCindyTsangI love staying in this Sheraton because it's only opposite the airport entrance, connecting to T3 by a 1-minute walk. The vibe is very relaxing, and the room facilities are very comfortable. I love the mattress and the shower, which were well supported and had intense water pressure, respectively. I would love to come back next time, but to be reminded that the breakfast is only provided a la carte with CAD$25. The buffet breakfast are only offered if you book the room on its website.

JJemelWe were very disappointed with our recent stay from April 27–28. Upon checkout on Monday morning, the receptionist, Arshiya, did not greet us or show any signs of friendliness. When I asked a few questions before leaving, her responses were curt and came across as rude—she didn’t smile or make any effort to be welcoming. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the U.S., and this was by far the coldest reception we’ve experienced. We expected a higher standard of hospitality, especially in Canada, where friendliness is something the country is known for.
The room itself was okay, but there was a strange odor that made our stay less comfortable.
The wifi might seems have a problem too.
On a positive note, the food was excellent—fresh and well-prepared—and the person who greeted us during the meal was warm and welcoming. Their kindness really stood out and helped improve our experience.
I would recommend providing Arshiya with additional customer service training to ensure she can offer the level of hospitality that guests expect and that will enhance the overall quality of your business.

EEłThe stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites was a fantastic experience from start to finish!
One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast included in the stay. The spread offered a great mix of options, including healthy choices, which was a bonus. Everything was freshly prepared and tasted amazing.
The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, making it a comfortable space to relax. As a special request, the hotel kindly accommodated our preference for a room on the top floor, which added a nice touch to our stay.
The hotel's location near the airport was also a huge plus, with a convenient shuttle service that made traveling hassle-free. The airport was just a 5-minute ride away, making it an ideal choice for travelers like us.
Overall, our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Toronto was great, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and airport-friendly stay in the city.”

SSandra MacauStayed here at the start and at the end of my holidays. Arrived late after more than 24 hours travel and had to go around to find the shuttle bus stop, which was not easy as I read was near door R (terminal 1) and I couldn’t find it. Need to go down and only then you’ll see the R. Shuttle service is nice because it runs 24/7 but we were really unlucky and both times waited a long time for it. In the morning around 6:00am we almost couldn’t get in the shuttle as it is first come first serve but there’s not a queue and even though we were the first ones at ground floor others went inside first. I get that they don’t reserve the shuttle but could give a number when guests arrive at the hall for waiting.
The staff was extremely nice during check in especially the girl on the first stay that explained everything about the pool and jacuzzi as well as the restaurant.
The room is not that big but it’s usually just for a night stay and it’s enough! Toilet has all the amenities and water pressure was good.
The pool and jacuzzi is open 24 hours but I didn’t had time to try it.
Had breakfast during the first stay and it was better than I expected. There’s eggs, cereal, bread, a variety of fresh fruits, yogurts, oat milk, fresh waffles. Really liked the breakfast but on the second stay e we had to leave at 6:00am and that’s the time the restaurant opens.
I will definitely stay there again if I need a hotel to stay at Pearson airport.
