The room was appropriately clean and tidy clean sheets and bathroom was good, service from the desk was freindly and prompt even with a trainee. location is very convenient due to the closeness of Temple meads and by extention the airport. Wasnt the most quiet room you could hear when other rooms were moving about particularly showers in the morning but for the price little to fault another succeful Ibis stay.

Everything was fine except the ac heating was not working even it is adjusted to 30 degrees it was cold as winter so had to put on my coat. The room was clean but there were hairs on the towel and inside the sink. Apart from these the reception staff was so friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Overall, everything was very good. The staff were friendly and polite, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was sufficient, and the location was great. The only downsides were the lack of a refrigerator and the bathroom exhaust fan, which couldn’t be turned off and was a bit noisy.

نظرًا لأنه يقع بجوار الشركة، فإنني أحجز هذا الفندق في كل مرة أذهب فيها في رحلة عمل. إنه على بعد حوالي 10 دقائق من محطة القطار، وعلى نفس المسافة تقريبًا من مركز التسوق والمدينة القديمة، يوجد سوبر ماركت قريب، وهو ملائم، وهو هادئ جدًا في الليل.

مرافق الفندق قديمة جدًا. لا يتم استخدام أي مصطلحات تشريفية عند التحدث في مكتب الاستقبال. توجد أغطية لزجاجات البيرة وكرات ورقية يسقطها الآخرون تحت السرير. خدمة الإفطار جيدة، ولكن هناك عدد قليل جدًا من الخيارات والطعم متوسط .

We had the loveliest time here the staff were so lovely and friendly. It was about a 30 minute walk into town and if you are travelling into town at rush hour walking is the best way as the traffic was pretty bad. The room we stayed in was beautiful and clean and tidy and we were blown away by the service from the staff it really was lovely infact I was shocked to find they were part of a group and not independent as it felt the kind of service you would get from an independent. The bar and restaurants were lovely and the building was so beautiful inside and out we had a really lovely stay toiletries were provided and they smelt beautiful. thanks so much we had a lovely time.

Cheap, but very clean! You get what you pay for!.... Single bed with only able to use half of the mattress as the springs were sinking on one side!!! Notified reception - response - not my job! 😠... Contact customer support... Contacted customer support - surprise, surprise - SILENCE 😬 First week of a 9 month contract - Stayed 4 nights, already booked elsewhere! Location is great... Served by lots of shops and restaurants with a brilliant bus service... Can't fault location! N.B They supply 2 bath towels only and you are expected to wash yourself and reuse! 🤦
