The apartment style room is quite spacious, offering a comfortable living room and kitchen with microwave, fridge, and kettle. The shower water wasn't very hot but AC worked well. Conveniently located in Mactan NewTown and helpful staff at service desk, even late at night. No view of sea and small beaches within a 10-15 minute walk.

It’s ok but expensive for a solo traveller. It’s not actually a hotel more like a managed apartment with a management office in a nearby building

The place was really accessible to everything as Mactan Newtown felt like its own city. The condotel was very spacious and clean. Staff were very accommodating, the problem was that the drain for their bath tub wasn't rally good, kept going out that I had to ask for a mop to clean it myself to avoid my kids from slipping. The aircon in the master's bedroom also had a leak, so it was a little hassle. Other than that, we still had a great time. Still a good place to book, just be sure to double check amenities and can always ask for assistance.

We stayed on the 9th floor of CSuites for 3 nights and although it had problems we would stay here again just because of the location and pool. Pros: The swimming pool was amazing. It is extremely large and has two baby pools. There were many places to sit and relax in the Sun, but you could also find shade if you prefer. The location was next to many shops and restaurants. And it is located about a 10 minute walk from a private beach. However, CSuites quests have to pay 300 pecks to enter. Cons: The room was old and dated. The bathroom had a bad smell and the shower head did not work well. The pressure was low. Also, the temperature was inconsistent. Our stove did not work so we had to request to have it fixed. Unfortunately, only one channel was available on the TV (MMA).

Always love the Newtown area especially now that LG already operational.

사진 속 구성품은 다 있으나 공간 구성은 매우 다를 수 있어요. 전체적으로 노후된 느낌. 약간 끈적거리는 바닥. 덜렁거리는 수도꼭지이지만 저렴한 가격에 편의시설이 가까운 점이 큰 메리트에요.

何時もマクタンニュータウンを訪れた時に利用させて頂いております 立地面や利便性がとても良いです ただ老朽化の為かシャワーやセーフティボックスの故障があって部屋を無理言って変えて頂きました とても親切なスタッフばかりで安心できます また利用します 何時もありがとうございます

위치도 좋고 시설도 깨끗하고 편하게 잘 쉬었습니다 다음에도 또 방문하고싶어요 특히 직원분들이 친절합니다 숙소가 안전합니다

수영장 물은 락스냄새가 많이났지만 방자체는 담배냄새도 안나고 좋았음

바퀴벌레 많다는 리뷰보고 무서워했는데 벌레 한마리 본적 없구요 숙소 위치가 핫플레이스 거리와는 좀 떨어져 있긴해요 새로 개발되고 있는 지역이라 어쩔수 없지만 ㅠㅠ 직원분들도 친절하시구 좋았어요 수영장은 물이 좀 많이 더러웠어용.. 그래두 이 가격대치곤 괜찮았어용

It was an average condo hotel I thought its an nice hotel But its just a condo hotel With no food facilites Anyway the room was good View was nice but not good as expected😔

What I like most is the balcony overlooking towards the seaside. Location is perfect as well as the amenities surrounding. Highly recommended place.

Amazing memories here

The hotel is nice. Accessible to restaurants and stores. Highly recommended to friends, relatives and family. Will come back again.
