Our stay at this hotel was fantastic, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the ancient town. The service went above and beyond expectations. Since the hotel is located in the heart of the ancient town, they kindly arranged for staff to help carry our luggage to the nearest taxi pick-up point, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The location itself is perfect—within walking distance of all the key attractions, making it easy to explore the town. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and even assisted in booking local tours for guests. However, we did have a less-than-ideal experience with the first tour booked through the hotel, as we later found out the price we paid was almost double compared to the nearby tour agency. We chose to book directly with the agency for our second day and had a much better experience. Despite this, our overall stay at the hotel was wonderful. We especially loved the breakfast—simple, unique, and absolutely delicious. From the comfortable accommodations to the outstanding service, our experience was truly 5/5. Highly recommend staying here!
