Really good stay! The staff helped carry our luggage from the old-town entrance (where vehicles can’t go) all the way up the cobbled path. The view from the room was beautiful, breakfast was tasty, and the service felt genuinely warm and welcoming. The only thing to note is that the hotel is perched a bit uphill, so getting there involves stairs/steps. But honestly, with the luggage help it wasn’t an issue at all. Would definitely stay again!

While the setting is lovely, if you're traveling with heavy luggage, you should be aware of the uphill walk. However, the owners are incredibly accommodating. Exceptional Service: My experience with their service was outstanding, especially since I was traveling with an injured foot. The owners went above and beyond, not only helping me with my bags upon arrival but also arranging an electric vehicle to transport me and my luggage all the way down the hill to the exit for my airport transfer. This level of care and personal attention was truly impressive. Amenities: The breakfast provided was also very good. Summary: The overall experience was excellent, defined by the owners' warmth and thoughtful hospitality. Hotel was clean and nice. Service was also very good. They took initiative to prepare for arrival to make it as seamless as possible. Location is in Lijiang ancient city, which is convenient for shopping, touring in the area and meals. Daily breakfast was delicious. View overlooks the ancient city with an astounding night view. The staff are friendly and always welcome chats over tea. Definitely gave a warm and friendly vibe. Thankful for them to carry our luggages when checking in and out

My husband and I had a wonderful stay thanks to the staffs who helped us organised during our stay there. It was our first time to Lijiang, so the hotel organised private tours to many places in Lijiang and Shangrila for us. At night, they would even setup the hot bath for us with their special herbs to relax after our long day. We had the most beautiful view of the town from our room, I can sit there and look at it day and night. Also, we had the best breakfast compare to other hotels we stayed at Kunming and Dali, my husband was happy with his breakfast finally. It’s so convenient to just stay right in the beautiful ancient town, we could walk around the town anytime we want. I would definitely recommend anyone to come stay here if they want to experience such special experience. 我和我丈夫在这里度过了一段非常美好的时光，这都要感谢工作人员在我们入住期间的细心安排和帮助。这是我们第一次来到丽江，酒店为我们安排了私人导览，带我们游览了丽江和香格里拉的许多景点。晚上，他们还会为我们准备好热水浴，并加入特别的草药，让我们在一天的行程后能够好好放松。 我们的房间可以看到镇上最美的风景，我可以整天坐在那里欣赏，百看不厌。早餐也是我们在昆明和大理住的其他酒店中最棒的，我丈夫终于对早餐感到满意了。 住在这座美丽的古城里非常方便，我们随时都可以出去在古镇中闲逛。如果有人想要拥有一次特别的入住体验，我一定会推荐他们来这里住。
