The hotel was very good And they got a restaurant floor for eating, and you could eat there anytime. When we got in to our hotel room it was not clean and all beds were mess up. And the staff are so nice because they give us clean towels and toilet paper.

-Salle de bain trop petite impossible de faire la douche, c'est même tres dangereux de prendre une douche 🚿 puisque la doucette est en face de sèche cheveux et de la prise électrique dénudée (voir photo) -Trop sale un centimètres de poussière,chewing-gum partout sur les murs -Tout est cassé : tiroirs, portes,plinthes,frigo,commodes,miroir... - Cafard et mouche -Poubelle toujours pleine -Pas de serviettes de bain,pas papier toilette -clim qui fonctionne une fois/10 -Le pire c'est les gens qui fument dans les couloirs comme sur les photos -A 80€ la nuit c'est vraiment de l'arnaque

This is second time I stay there I really love the hotel First and most important the staff are amazing all of them . Especially Mr Abdullah Al Subhi from the management of reception and Mr Muhammed in reception I really don’t want to forget no one but all stuff are amazing . First most important it’s just a walking distance from Masjid Al Haram I could see from my room the clock tower . I love about this hotel it’s the rooms is so big , oh the Bed so comfortable it’s what I need the most after walking a lot in Omrah . The room so clean so spacious. I really feel like I’m in high end hotels . Why would you go to hotel in Al haram and pay 4-5 times the price for same room and service ! I came for two day but I ended up for one week . Mr Adullah Al subhi gave me same rate like my booking and he helped me with a late check out and kept my stuff in secure room till my flight time so I was very safe . The cleaners all day in the floor cleaning . No one disturb you . The y have mosque inside the hotel was I love this some people they feel tired to go to Al haram so easy for them to pray there . This is my only hotel where I stay every time I go to Mecca 🕋. The most important the hotel price it’s so cheap for what it is . And near the hotel it’s not noisy like near Al haram u can sleep in peace . And there is so many nice shops just next the hotel door if you need to buy gifts this helped me a lot not to waste time around . Bus drive you to Al haram every time 24/7 30 minutes before each prayers . For free but I like to walk I feel good it’s not far . But only for old people I advice to take bus there is a small walk like a mountain 🏔️ but easy for me . Thank you once again to all al deafah hotel team I’m glad to stay with you .
