The details of our facilities, including the shared bathrooms, capsule-style bunk beds with additional space for a small table and reading light, and the availability of lockers that fit at least a 28-inch suitcase, are all clearly stated in our booking information.Regarding the access code, we have checked and confirmed that it was functioning properly during your stay. Additionally, we have emergency contact information displayed at the entrance and staff available 24/7 to assist with any issues.As for towels, in line with environmental sustainability initiatives and local regulations, we do not provide disposable amenities by default. However, guests can rent or purchase towels at the front desk, which is also mentioned in our pre-arrival information.We truly regret that you were unable to fully enjoy the unique atmosphere of our hostel.
