Be sure to check the bus schedule before taking the bus (it's convenient to use the SBB app). Your accommodation will give you a Grindelwald guest card, so you can ride the bus for free. The problem is that I paid through 'Trip.com' and the room type I booked on Trip.com is not available. All photos showed a terrace. When I said that, he got very angry and told me to cancel it for free and to leave if I didn't like it. To be honest, these words sounded very threatening to me, and I was so intimidated by the man's attitude that I was afraid that he might do something to me. I sometimes wonder if they are speaking in such a threatening manner because I am a woman and Asian. "The room is spacious with a great view. we checked in late at around 10pm, so the host left the instructions and keys at the front desk for us to collect. However upon checked in we found the heaters in the room did not work, so it was very cold for the first night and there was no front desk we can ask about it. The heater was switched on the next day but it was still not as warm as expected. This can be troublesome during winter time."
