Mountain View Hotels in Ningbo

One of the most pleasant stays in my life! The hotel is clean and well-maintained, the staff is friendly and welcoming. The surroundings are nice and quiet, and the hot springs are just amazing. The receptionist couldn’t speak English very well when we checked in (which wasn’t too much of a problem anyway), but when we came back to our room later, we found some snacks and an absolutely adorable note with some helpful information from the staff. Thank you for the great weekend! Will definitely come again.

This was, without a shadow of the doubt, one of the best experiences and certainly the best one in China. The hotel is brand new and has been built with highest quality materials. Both the design and scale of the project, conference centre next door is being finished, are impressive to say the least. Service was fantastic with extremely helpful and polite staff. Food... amazing variety and high quality! We took our bikes to cycle around the lake, so the location for us could not be better. Close to the lake but in a nice and quiet spot, in contrary to many other hotels on the other side of the lake. Pretty cool swimming pool with smallish fitness area attached. The on-site café with outside area was very cozy but we only tried cakes and tea, not sure about the quality of their coffee. Overall, highly recommended! As we live locally, we will definitely consider coming back.

Located in a village near Cicheng, it is about half an hour's drive from downtown Ningbo and about two hours from Shanghai. It is a quiet and convenient location. The housekeeper will contact in advance to confirm the dinner and bathing time. The special bathing pool is by appointment, which is basically a private bath experience. It is very comfortable. The restaurant tastes good, the stir-fried asparagus is very tender, and a bowl of glutinous rice balls was given when checking in during the Lantern Festival, which is very considerate. It is very comfortable to stroll around the bamboo forest pond in the village in the morning. The rape flowers are about to bloom recently, and it is a good place for leisure and vacation.

The B&B is very good overall. The book bar, coffee bar and Chinese courtyard on the first floor are great. There is a public parking lot downstairs. Hanling Old Street is right outside. Dongqian Lake and Hanling Art Museum are across the street. The location is also excellent. There are many snacks and restaurants around. The only drawback is that the slide in the parent-child room is not designed properly. The angle is too steep and cannot be used. There is no fence in the parent-child room. But there are toys, toiletries and slippers for children, which can be improved.

The room was very clean, there was a projector, a coffee table computer and a bathtub, the interior decoration was very beautiful, the toiletries were compressed face towels and wooden combs, which was very pleasant. The hotel is in the middle of the old street, but it is not noisy. The boss will drive a battery car to pick up and drop off at the entrance of the old street. It is recommended to increase bicycle rental services to facilitate guests to go around the lake. The boss has been chatting with the elderly at home, and prepared nutritious porridge in the morning, and the elderly are also very satisfied.

mixed review. some really excellent points and then some real improvement needed too. excellent: the food and beverage manager and restaurant staff were always friendly and the food was excellent (though I think the price of a beverages is outrageous). the Thai curry is highly recommended. the pools and spa pools are great the room is nice and the whole building is beautiful. a birthday cake and card to celebrate was very special and thoughtful. to improve: the cocktails we're awful each time we tried a new one...the ingredients were listed but not all present in the drink the check in and checkout - first and last impressions need to be improved. check in we didn't receive a friendly smile to guide us to the counter, check out was a long queue during the busy time, more shuttle cars are required, we had several 20-30minutes wait times and guests act a bit silly and selfish, pushing to get on the shuttle bus even when families with small children where waiting longer. it was 40degrees Celsius so walking was not a safe option. I had to call three times to get housekeeping on the first day and was told usually housekeeping only come every second day, which doesn't make sense. I don't need my bed made or towels changed, but I do need the trash removed daily. a bit of a strange policy for a pretty expensive hotel. the play are for kids is nice and the staff are generally friendly and patient. very mixed review I'm afraid.

The hardware facilities of the hotel are not bad, and the service in the lobby is friendly.

According to a friend, with my wife on a weekend holiday, Dongji B&B is located in Dasongtou, Dongshan Village. From the Xikou, up the mountain, Xuedou Temple has not yet arrived. There is a fork road to the right, about 20 minutes drive. The night view is particularly beautiful. It overlooks the entire Xikou Town. The air is fresh. There are two mountain climbing roads on the left and right of the hotel. It is more suitable for new travel friends who have just started hiking. We are the left mountain road that we left early the next morning. The plum blossoms in the mountains have been thanked. Sakura, rapeseed flowers and other unknown flowers have been in full bloom for the first time. There are waterfalls along the way, which is very amazing. On the mountain there is the Jade Emperor Palace, the General Palace, the highest point of Guanyin Lixiang Mountain (648 meters from the sea), very shaped, at night in the east of the stream, you should also see this shining Guanyin Lixiang. The decoration style of the homestay is very cultural. The two strokes in the hall are strong and do not fail. You can roast fire, taste tea, write, read, and be in a daze. The harvest is full, love, and will come again next time. In addition, the local two yellow dogs are also very hospitable. My little white has a clear feeling:-:)

人生處處充滿驚喜，一次説走就走的旅行，邂逅了裏秧田，感受了酒店的細心與周到，更給到了一個大大的驚喜，因為到民宿已經晚上九點了，入住酒店自然也比較晚，本來訂了一個普通房間，到店辦理入住，老闆娘説給我們升級了房間，因為衹有兩份早餐，看我帶了孩子，還贈送了一份早餐和小孩子的洗漱用品！酒店位於山谷，依山傍水，如此的地理位置，此等的房間價格，着實是經濟實惠，值得更多旅行者擁有！感謝酒店給了我們一次難忘的寧波之旅，他們家的梅花鹿很有靈性。

The original ecological village scenery is really beautiful. The restaurant of the B&B is about a 5-minute walk from the room. Breakfast is a set meal for one person, which is enough for adults to eat. But the service needs to be improved. I waited for half an hour with my empty tray before I got my squeezed noodles. The naughty kids at the next table were noisy and closed the door loudly without any dissuasion. Dinner was also solved in the restaurant. The chicken soup and ** fish head were well received! My husband said that he was still not satisfied. He could cook noodles for breakfast the next day with the soup that he couldn't finish. This is also a good point! There are two points to be improved. One is that the door and window gaps in the room are not sealed enough. Even if the air conditioner and floor heating are turned on, you can still feel the cold air near the doors and windows. One is that the water in the private soup is not hot enough. When I was storing water, I put all hot water, but when I was soaking, I could only say it was warm water. The boss said that the faucet should not be turned off and the water should be changed all the time. I also tried it. The main reason was that the hot water was not hot enough. I will come again next time if I am ready to go hiking.
