Everything was great. Immensely convenient, being located at 2 subway lines intersection, just 100m away from the nearest subway entrance. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and bright rooms. Even got free and tasty soft ice cream at the hotel lobby, which I had one every time back. Lucky to be upgraded, and had a slightly bigger room, open city view and free mini-bar for our 1 week stay

قمت بحجز منتجع Seclusive Life لمدة 2 ليال في عطلة نهاية الأسبوع واثناء عملي في زيتجيج. كانت تجربة جميلة للاسترخاء. الجبال كانت فخمة جدا والخضرة. أفضل جزء من المنتجع هو الطاقم. الجميع كان مفيدا جدا أنا لا أتكلم الصينية ولكن تمكنا من التواصل عبر وتشات بسهولة جدا. الموظفين ذهب حقا فوق وإلى ما هو أبعد من ذلك لجعل تجربتي مريحة. كان الطعام في المطعم جيد جدا. طلبت وجبة مني قبل يوم من السفر إلى المنتجع وأرسل لي موظفو رساله عندما كان الطعام جاهزاً. استمتعت برك السباحه التي تمتلئ بماء الجبل البارد. استفدت من بعض الرحلات السياحية التي بدأت في المنتجع واستمتعت حقا بالمناظر الجبلية. حقاً كانت تحفه الغرف مريحة وهادئه. يبعد المنتجع عن المطار حوالي ٤٥ دقيقة بالسيارة. للأسف حوض الاستحمام لم يكن يعمل في غرفتي وكان هناك الكثير من المفروشات في حوض الدش ولكن اعتقد ان هذا المناخ الرطب لا مفر منه في نهاية اقامتي اتوقع ان الموظفين كانوا على وشك مساعدة في ترتيب السائق الى معبد Xeudou ومنطقة زونغكون المنظر من السطح. انصح بشدة بهذا المكان للاستجمام والبعد عن صخب الضغط. احد الملاحظات كثرة الدرج (193 لغرفتي) للوصول للحرم بحيث اي شخص لديه مشكله بالتنقل لابد من التأكد من حجز غرفه يمكن الوصول لها. مرة اخري *** للموظفين -رائع

We had the most wonderful stay at Qixia Shanju Hotel. As international travelers, we were truly touched by how warmly and kindly we were treated from the very first moment. The hospitality here is exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. They prepared a fire for us, brought us warm milk, and even shared food with us at times. These thoughtful gestures meant so much to us, especially being far from home. Their kindness felt genuine and heartfelt. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The environment is peaceful, clean, and very quiet — perfect for relaxing. It is located right by the water streams, which makes the atmosphere even more calming and special. Waking up to such natural surroundings was truly refreshing. This was more than just a stay; it felt like being welcomed by family. We are so grateful for the warmth, generosity, and care we experienced here. We will always remember this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility, and sincere hospitality. Thank you for making our trip so memorable. 💛

This is absolutely my favorite place in Ningbo 😳😍. A free room upgrade! Because I booked through @trip.com. Benefits of being a member 😃😀Our stay was nothing short of an amaaaazing time. The hotel is close to the beach, beautiful sea view, the sunrise is breathtaking and the sea breeze is a cherry on top. The staff is very welcoming, sweet, patient and very helpful. Vic Guo was always available and hands on whenever we needed help, he speaks English which made everything easier. The rooms are beautiful and spacious 😍 and truly have the best views that will make you find it very hard to take your eyes off. I felt very comfortable in the room, the couch and bed are soft and comfortable, I must also mention the spacious walk in closet, if you are an over packer like me, you are definitely covered 😂. I felt home away from home, and that’s the kind of comfortability I needed and got 😉. Breakfast was delicious, there are so many options to choose from in the western restaurant. We also had lunch and dinner, which was as delicious. I absolutely recommend this hotel, my experience with Crowne Plaza is always top tier in every city 👌🥂
