The place is just as advertised, clean and well maintained. Having a washing machine in the unit helped especially after our Hallasan hike. It’s easy to get around by bus, though do note that the buses that go to the airport (300s, 400s) from the closest bus stop do not have luggage storage so it might be a struggle during peak period. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the host is very kind and friendly!

كان اثنان من موظفي الاستقبال غير ودودين وكانا شرسين عند تسجيل الوصول. وعند تسجيل المغادرة في صباح اليوم الرابع، حاولنا أن نطلب منهم المساعدة في الحصول على سيارة أجرة حيث كان لدينا رحلة مبكرة وكانوا مترددين. ومع ذلك، امتثلوا لكنهم صاحوا فينا حتى نجلس بهدوء بينما طلب سيارة أجرة. كان هذا غير مبرر. لن أعود للإقامة في الفندق مرة أخرى حتى لو كان العرض مجانيًا.

I would say everything was excellent until the moment you needed help, when something didn’t work or something was missing in the room. Then you realize that there is no one at the hotel, and the only remote front desk has staff who don’t speak English and yell at you. Moreover, when trying to resolve our issue, we finally managed to get someone sent to us — but he stumbled into our room, reeking of alcohol, and clearly had no intention of solving anything. Overall, it really spoiled the impression.
